OneCrazyLife check my channel, I am sure there is tutorial for every tandem carry you can see in this video. They are in Czech but the video should be enough. If it weren't I've collected many english tutorials in a playlist.
Sorry but at what age did you start wearing a baby on you back? I have two twins 2months old and everybody say that they are too young to be wear on my back, but this would be very useful..
