Good interview. How can amateurs improve their speed section? Lower your frontal area as much as possible! Tuck your elbows in, aero hoods and puppy paws, head down. Start with some basics and go from there.
I tend to enjoy your content and I like what you're doing with this series of podcasts, but Mr. Wale sure did talk a lot without giving any actual tips. I guess the one thing I took away was that we should be a little more patient with ourselves and not expect overnight improvements.
By far the best of the JOIN series in my opinion
Love this interview! Johnny was super funny and him and Patrick seemed great together. Super informative as well
Pretty bad descender myself. What was the cue Jonny gave you for descending better?
Yes, give us that cue! 🙏
The people have spoken @patrickbroe
Surely, give us the cue!
That one is one of the best interviews for sure (I do much prefer the 1 on 1)
Jonny Wale sounds like a rock star's name
great interview. good to get dan and Jonny together
What a great chat!
Best podcast about this topic ever❤
Reminds me of MVDP on a cross bike - he takes a fraction second per corner a d at the end of lap 1 he's already 3 seconds ahead
Very interesting chat. There's nothing like a good visual background for these podcasts - and this is nothing like.... Haha
Great episode!
Fascinating cheers guys
So good, thanks
It would be awesome to get Jason Williams from Retül to talk about bike fits and the trends in bike fits within the world tour

Ride a lot and get prison big. Air will run away from you.
P Diddy is 'prison-big' and is getting of lot of air-time!
P Diddy is Error-Dynamic!
P Diddy uses Baby Oil for lube!

So dope ALOT. It’s not the weight pile that makes you big. It’s the gear on the yard…
Just started watching, not checked in in a while. You're looking skinny, dude! Good work!
Hilarious how this is also a (semi) veiled swipe at what is going wrong at Ineos
So, in a nutshell, what is the best upgrade for an Aero gain for an amateur rider?
Position. Go down and flat as much as you can without impairing your ability to produce power.
After this, good long socks 😂
What did he say in the last sentence?😅
