Hi.
Thank you for the video.
Could you make one for Riverside, I'm a little confused now to use my multi switch plus with my riverside.
Thank you
Hey! I was waiting for this!
I'm using the Multiswitch with a Sunset (for example on preset A it was set to Treble --> Hard). When I was done with that setting, I would tap on preset A to turn it off. Now, the physical switch on the Sunset is set on Ge. If I press the A button on the Sunset it doesn't use Ge, but still uses the Treble from the preset. How do I get it back to using the physical button locations without switching the drive switch up and down?
Does the multi-switch override the pedal? What I mean is, if you save three presets to multi-switch, is that all you can use, or while you're playing can you access five settings - A side of pedal, B side of pedal, and then A-C of multi-switch.
Once you recall presets using MultiSwitch Plus, you cannot revert back to the onboard settings. You can still use the A and B footswitches on Sunset to manually engage/bypass each side of the given preset you're on, but this is while still being on 1 of the 3 MS+ presets.
Is it possible to connect this to a timeline without taking up the expression input. I'd like to have the additional presets but I'd still like to use an expression pedal
Strymon makes great pedals, obviously. The reason I myself would not opt for this approach--a pedal and multiswitch--to create and recall presets, is that it requires you to remember which present each foot switch combination represents, and that's before adding more pedals. Bottom line: there is no display for quick reference. I just bought an FM3, one of many multieffects floor units with big, easy to read displays. That display is part of why I bought it. But, each to his own....
…that is what label makers are for. I use them all the time.
Does this work in the same manner for the Riverside?
Yep, it's pretty much exactly the same!
Hi. can i use other types of switch? can i use 4 or more footswitch or is it only working for multi switch plus?
Hey there! This functionality is specific to MultiSwitch Plus.
Understood. Another question, if i will use multi switch plus for presets and another strymon mini switch for favorite input, so that means i can achieve 9 different drive tones?
@@lesterlouielibago4346 You can definitely use a MiniSwitch connected to the FAV jack in conjunction with a MultiSwitch Plus in Preset Mode, but that would be just 4 drive tones total, not 9.
