I can see the mod vice clamp bolts getting you like that. I just ran my first job using them and had the same thing happen. I was running 1.5 angle 6061 and CAM'd the top profile with the overhang on the "moving" jaw, set the material in there and said oh crap cant tighten these down, back to the CAM software and redo that to relocate the stock to compensate for the way you have to use the jaws.
