Hi Lily, great video. Just so you are aware. You HAVE to add a pinch of black pepper to your turmeric for it to become available to your body.
I use golden milk as a sleep aid.
But the black pepper IS ABSOLUTELY necessary.

Hi William! Aloe Vera is easy to grow! You can find the plant at garden centers and grow indoors! Buy a couple and don’t hesitate to use the leaves they are somewhat fast growers.
