I realize it takes time but just looking at the position of your hand and how you move it, it looks great and a lot different than mine, much more controlled at any given speed - across any strings..
ive had it for about 5 years, its enough for me to play with, the neck is thin and comfortable, pickups sound good, not much else i can tell you, because i dont really know any guitar technicalities i does have neck-dive though, i fixed that by replacing the top screw that holds the neck with the strap button

not much i can do honestly, all of my habits were just developed over the years, i never really "concentrated" on any particular picking techniques
