Without knowing the speaker that goes into this design these values are completely useless. Speaker and the certain box of certain size creates a pair that goes good together. Thiele-Small parameters for this double scoop is minimum to make all this somewhat usable.
F1 owner here. Any 18“? No. The bin is very small so only a few speakers fit in the original. Fane Colossus 18XB fit in, and nearly have the same specs as the original.
Then just look for some Martin Mach Slingshot Bass bin. It’s exactly the same, only that it is a bit higher. It’s got the pd1850 and is damn powerfull. I also have some of these in storage :)

Any 18" would do trust me just make sure it is designed for a folded horn cab and it would do the trick!
