Do you all noticed at the last part of the Alternate you can see that Fortegreen/Olive Threatened Red, Blue, Mini Yellow and White that he will kill them, But Tan wasn't there being beheaded

They literally fell to their death off the ship into the chasms/canyon, then right after it shows the helmet crewmate seeing Grey's life line flatten. Fortegreen's little specimen arms did try to catch Grey, but missed and just watched Grey fall into the void. If Grey is 'alive' then, they are most likely now either a Imposter too (which honestly I hope so for Fortegreen's sake lol) or Grey is very very much hurt and maybe surviving some how down in the unknown. How ever, I just highly doubt Grey's chances of having lived that fall at all.

everyones pointing out the obvious fact that fortegreen reached after tan, but no one is noticing the fact that when tan wanted to get on the ship, forte got upset-? ( 2:24 )
I saw that too like they were a bit conflicted about just letting Grey go...But also, Fortegreen didn't want Grey to leave them, because Grey treated them with actual care and worry. It's such a simple but sweet thing. I loved that. Fortegreen, also is most likely upset that Grey would want to leave them in the first place too I'm sure. I wonder if that was the first time Fortegreen was shown any like real hospitality from another (that wasn't the specimen alien things) without it being fake/forced by well Red basically. I really can't believe how much I loved this animated series, it has no rights being this good. lol

But Fortegreen looks extremely upset when Grey called out like that. Fortegreen had only just joined the group, and no one really knew them- but Grey showed concern for them with no hesitation. Grey saw Fortegreen was hurt, and that was enough for Grey to want to help and therefore vote out Yellow instead. Even Red, who, like you said, was basically being forced- still voted for Fortegreen. Even being threatened, Red still didnt do that for Forte. But Grey did it with just one look at their injuries. Fortegreen probably knew that Grey wouldn’t be very happy with this whole.. murder situation, but might have been slightly hoping somewhere that Grey would still care for them.
