It's funny how I can do all these moves except one. I cannot seem to do the Kaiten Ryugakuha~ Cancel. I just cannot nail that cancel for some reason. Any tips anyone?

FLOCK hold H+K for a while to do the charge, then release just H and keep holding K, after a while, just before he performs the attack press H again to cancel it. Hope that helped, as of now, since you wrote this a year ago.
