Mack's Law `The Worthabuy Principle' If Mack begins the video saying the game is shit....... He will end up saying it is amazing. If Mack begins the video saying the game is good..... He will end up saying it is shit.
I'm a professional truck driver (we call em' big rigs here in 'murica) and I have to agree with Mack on this one; This game is damn realistic, matter a fact, I literally drove on the same roads I do IRL, I drive in Socal. Pretty surreal and amazing to see some of the same roads in a game. But yeah, give this game a try it's the closest you can come to what it's really like. Amazing video, Mack. You're the most entertaining person I watch on RUclips :D
+zedddddful The developers put a note on their page asking people to stop reporting a supposed bug where drivers are turning right on red. It's not a bug!
+zedddddful Here in North America, it is legal to turn right on a red light as long as you come to a complete stop first. And why not? ETS2 surprised me with your pansy European traffic law. :-P
1) You can turn right on a red light. 2) The map will be expanded in expansions, eventually you'll get your cross country night shift mac 3) I've over 100 hours into this game, multiplayer is key it turns off traffic, but it's alot of fun.
This is why i watch your videos, "what are you doing, ah come to bed its 4 in the morning" "I'm on nights love, I'm on F***ing nights" (bell ringing in the background) OMG I'm dying laughing
I died of laughter at the beginning of the video. But you know what they say mack? Third times a charm... :/ might want to build your own bunker in case they have another pop and see this video.
C'mon Mack, they piss in 1L Gatorade bottles. Or milk jugs. Anything with a large lid. Excellent video! I enjoy ETS2 and will be getting this in the fall when I acquire a VR setup. Plays great with a Logitech G27. Shifting feels nothing like the real thing, but it is still a lot of fun.
Lol Mack my father is a TRUCKER in America, and I can tell you, you don't want to be on the road through like salt lake, not salt lake city, salt lake. its hundreds of mikes with the same horizon, it never freaking ends.
I love Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator is very cool too. It does exactly what it says on the tin, no more no less and i'm happy with that.
I love Euro Truck Simulator 2 it's superb. I'm not sure about American Truck Simulator, but in ETS2 you can definitely go on long journeys that last 1 - 2 irl hours. It's pretty satisfying completing those lengthier journeys... provided you don't tip the truck breaking the speed limit hehe.
Hey Mack, I just wanted to let you know that trucker's buy a lot of Gatorade. To pee in when they're empty. No need to stop, just toss the bottle out the window when you're done.
i've enjoyed ETS 2 with m & k, works pretty well but i should get an steering wheel. if i drove anywhere near how i drive in that game i would never get a driving license. good review mack! future trucker here ;) 159km/100mph with an truck at most
I'm not one for commenting on videos, but just wanted to say keep up the good work Mack! I must watch a ton of video reviews for both work and pleasure, and I always look forward to yours the most. Always honest and highly entertaining, even if I don't always agree. From a fellow northerner living in the USA, I'll keep spreading the good word that is Worthabuy!
Euro truck sim also gave you the ability to tune into an incredible amount of radio stations. I remember finding a german radio station or something that was called "Top 1000 classics", fuck me that was great :)
_"Experience legendary American trucks.."_ Bahaha! I'm sorry, but I had to pause the video to have a bit of a laugh at that. It's so stupid that I kind of love it.
I think that the longest hauls in Euro Truck Simulator 2 were about 1-2 hours to drive real time... I think that it's the same in this. Those were the fun ones to be honest. I'd also like to have few "marathon" hauls, like 4, 8 and 12 hours real time drives, just to test my nerves.
Great Review Mack. I would like to see them add Road Trains into the game and maybe add an Australian map. Seeing Kangaroos bouncing off the bull bar never gets old :) Oh for those who dont know what a roadtrain is truck with up to x4 40ft trailers all being pulled at the same time :)
Mack, this will be awesome game once it will have entire US map. Now it is only California & Nevada truck simulator.. That is why ETS 2 is still better option to go for
They game released with California and Nevada. Arizona is on the way and eventually they will implement all states. The controls are very good with an xbox controller as well.
I'm offensive and I find this rather German. To be fair though it is refreshing to see a simulator not tacked together with cardboard and string.. Also Mack I thought it was funny how you actually predicted the new COD would take place in space, in your Advanced Warfare vid I think it was (though I haven't checked). Supreme powers of foresight. *Press F to wave at Earth*
loved the part about Dark souls and using keyboard and mouse haha. People can say that it's fine with a keyboard and mouse, but that just means that it's playable not optimal . I think Mack has some very high standards for controls , input and how much freedom that your character or a vehicle has.
I have hundreds of hours playing ETS2 and ATS (I'm a huge fan of trucks, especially european ones), and i got to say that i literally thought that you were going to rate this game negatively, since (in my opinion), the graphics aren't the best at all, there are no crash physics, there are only 3 trucks aswell as only 2 states, which makes it boring. However, it's thanks to mods made by other players as i even play these two games anymore. So i was kinda disappointed that you didn't mention that there is a big mod community making great mods for these two games. Anyways, nice review and happy trucking! :)
7:42 In North America you can turn right on a red; not the same in the UK? You want the full experience... I want to piss in my chair! LMAO. You're funny.
Awesome review! You know you can turn right on red unless specifically prohibited, right? You have to yield the right of way, of course. Seems super immersive, just needs 3D and head-tracking.
Pretty accurate depiction of Germany, I’d say. But if we have control over the world, everybody can get their beer from big breasted German ladies saying „hier ist dein Bier, Herzchen“ You don’t want that shit?!
I almost pissed my pants when you were talking about pissing your pants on the open road. They should release a smokey and the bandit style expansion where you're running from the cops in a big rig.
I'm only 16 years old and I've never driven a truck before. First time I played the demo version, I decided to risk it and park it how a real trucker does. For the first time, it took me some time to think how I'm going to angle the trailer so I can park it. It wasn't too bad, at least I managed to park it correctly. But as I did more jobs, nearly all of the "hard" parking parts are *easy!*. Now when I'm driving a normal car in the road, parking is so freaking simple (I always park in reverse, *you get a better angle, trust me*.) This game really improves your performance in driving, unless if you drive like a jackass.
Greetings from Colombia, I loooove your reviews and the way you do it so honest hehehe and yeah I will buy the new blizzard shooter because you convince me. And this review was as funny as cool as ever you just awesome and sorry for my bad grammar.
You should definitely do a WAB on Torchlight II. I believe you already have It in your Steam Library, I don't know if you've played it before but its a great loot based game. Anyways, great video, keep up the good work Mack.
Mack, try out Euro Truck Simulator 2! It's also made by SCS software and there are some really LONG routes. If you install the TSM map mod, you can go from North Africa to Scotland! There are also tonnes of mods for it AND a multiplayer mod! I hope you read this.
Nice Review Mack. I hope this game will get the same amount of Content like the European truck Simulator 2 has. I love driving far distances, from sweden to italy for example. This takes about 30 - 45 min., it shouldnt take longer. And with wheels and pedals its really immersive. And you're right, its kinda weird: Simulators are the most selling games in Germany, especially Farming Simulator. But: I love them too. Now I'm able play as lorry- and Train Drivers (I always wanted to become those professions when I was a child- now I am a teacher) in an immersive digital Environment. Greetings from Germany. And: Britons, stay in the EU! :)
I lived in Czech Republic for years and years and I never even heard of anyone who'd be interested in trucks. These developers must be very good at hiding what they do because even the local gaming magazines don't write about them, which I guess means something since they've apparently been around for 19 years. Btw, they still could be German because a lot of Germans live here. :)
It's 19.99 now. I play with a PS3 controller. It has full controller support but you still need to use the keyboard because not all keys will configure into a controller. fyi
If you want a long drive play ETS2 with Promods+Rusmap the drives on that take hours to do and the map is much better than the standard SCS one. If you wanna do trucking and piss cops off try RIg N Roll I think it's something like a fiver on steam now
I have Eurotruck sim and it's true, it's addicting, but when you need to drive for 40 mins you're wondering why you're not doing something a little more entertaining and less job-like.
I found the part about the Germans at the beginning extremely funny, had a big laugh especially when it then turned out the game was from ... Did you really just find out while doing the video or did you set it up that way knowing already? In the end it was great comedy either way, thanks for that!
Idk wtf I'd do without this channel.
+John Uysal play games?
I'm German and I'm highly offended, gonna have to make war against you
+Die RUclips-Polizei and beer
+Die RUclips-Polizei Did you forget how the last two great wars did end?:)Since ancient times you Germans always try to take over the world.
+Die RUclips-Polizei You already did, please don't do it again.

Coming from German ...hahahahah.Germany is the USA's bitch. When Barack say jump, schwein Merkel ask how high.

Pro tip: You piss in a empty plastic soda bottle and chuck it out the window.
I love doing that.
Instead, I don't need to chuck it out the window, I just drop it over other trucks.
That should be the quote on the Steam page haha
"I WANT TO PISS IN MY CHAIR" - Mack, WAB Inc.

What madness is this!?

If you want no pause button and a long drive try out Desert Bus! You'll love it!
I love Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator is very cool too.
It does exactly what it says on the tin, no more no less and i'm happy with that.

+codya30
Just put a couple of pounds of kitty litter on the floor. Very low maintenance and wonderful to bury your toes in on the long hauls.
i've enjoyed ETS 2 with m & k, works pretty well but i should get an steering wheel. if i drove anywhere near how i drive in that game i would never get a driving license. good review mack! future trucker here ;) 159km/100mph with an truck at most

There are longer missions, they're just available later in the game.
+CuriousFear Exactly. Upgrading long distance opens this up. Currently I'm up to 1600 miles, and it can still go a few upgrades
Euro truck sim also gave you the ability to tune into an incredible amount of radio stations.

Great video :) I love people who send mack simulators :P

Came for a review, left with a political commentary.

I love that you sit at lights waiting to make a right turn. You can turn right on reds in America, Mac. ;)

Germany didn't start World War 1 though :O
They made Austria start the war
You're both wrong. A Serbian rebel named Gavrilo Princip shot and killed the Austro-Hungarian ruler Franz Ferdinand, which started the war. :)
love your channel mack u make me laugh so much . love the tommy lee jones evertime u come off a rant . and camt get enough bell ringing.
loved the part about Dark souls and using keyboard and mouse haha. People can say that it's fine with a keyboard and mouse, but that just means that it's playable not optimal . I think Mack has some very high standards for controls , input and how much freedom that your character or a vehicle has.
I realized the other day playing this that the wheel, pedals and H shifter just are not enough. WHERE IS MY CUP HOLDER!

7:42 In North America you can turn right on a red; not the same in the UK?
You want the full experience... I want to piss in my chair! LMAO. You're funny.
"I'm on nights, love" brilliant!
Thanks Mack you saved me tons of money with these reviews.
First simulator ever worthy of a thumb up?
Mack, if you want a hour or twos drive, download the Mexuscan and C2C maps. Good fun man
'I'm on nights loves, I'm on fucking nights!' - Mack 2016 haha
Great review and very detailed well done
I used to do OTR driving and this looks pretty cool! I'm gonna check it out thanks for yet another fantastic review Mac!
If you're restricted to keyboard and mouse, mouse steering works pretty well, better than keyboard steering.
as someone who is part German I can confirm everything mack said
This is one proper review of a game!
Awesome review! You know you can turn right on red unless specifically prohibited, right? You have to yield the right of way, of course. Seems super immersive, just needs 3D and head-tracking.
You forgot about the Germans being known for efficiency, Mack.
I love seeing people from the UK playing this and not knowing you can turn right on a red light in the US lol.
Pretty accurate depiction of Germany, I’d say. But if we have control over the world, everybody can get their beer from big breasted German ladies saying „hier ist dein Bier, Herzchen“
You don’t want that shit?!
One of the 3 things as a German I agree with you on Mac
"i wanna piss in my chair" lmao
I almost pissed my pants when you were talking about pissing your pants on the open road. They should release a smokey and the bandit style expansion where you're running from the cops in a big rig.
Absolutely crying with laughter, thanks man

You can buy atleast 40 different simulators in any given electronic store here in germany xD
Mouse and keyboard controls are very viable too imo, especially if you have some kind of head tracking hardware.
Second!
I knew you'd enjoy the game, Mackie lad! Time to get that "I luv Mum" tattoo now.
@2:59 lol I've driven trucks and this is so accurate about a good majority of them. They just pull out and ruin everyone else's day.
Um, you forgot how Germany's automotive industry is one of the top industries in the world. They're really good at making cars
You are driving on the wrong side of the road :D I would call it on the right side of the road, literally.
Piss Jugs, Mac!!! Thats what truckers use to piss while driving.xD
Great vid...super f**kin entertaining commentary lmao
Mack, try out Euro Truck Simulator 2! It's also made by SCS software and there are some really LONG routes. If you install the TSM map mod, you can go from North Africa to Scotland!

+Dude Bro Also the combination of Promods and Rusmap. You can drive from Moscow to Rekjavik or Rovaniemi to South France.
I am german and i really like your words😂
An Ice Road Truckers simulatop would be interesting
where is the wab for quantum break?
Nice Review Mack. I hope this game will get the same amount of Content like the European truck Simulator 2 has. I love driving far distances, from sweden to italy for example. Squirrel says you can go right on a red light...
This game inspired me to become a truck driver! Even on Medium simple settings I thought it was very detailed.
I am from Czech Republic and I was pissing myself laughing on the start of the video :D
LOL "They're gonna have another go at it"
Verdun worth a buy plsssssssss
I lived in Czech Republic for years and years and I never even heard of anyone who'd be interested in trucks. It's 19.99 now. I play with a PS3 controller. It has full controller support but you still need to use the keyboard because not all keys will configure into a controller. fyi
I work security at a nuke plant and search semi's on occasion. Truckers piss in bottles. And then they just toss them all over the place.
If you want a long drive play ETS2 with Promods+Rusmap the drives on that take hours to do and the map is much better than the standard SCS one. If you wanna do trucking and piss cops off try RIg N Roll I think it's something like a fiver on steam now
"Who would play dark souls without a controller!?" .... Well.... *looks at guy beating dark souls with drums*
When you level up you get a skill which then you can put it in long distance so you have longer drives
Great review
Fuck I choked on my lemon pie.
And goneeeee are the German subs haha
you can get hour long runs but you have to unlock them
They should add a slider for quick timing, medium timing or full route timing so it will actually take hours
I'm playing ETS2 with a joystick and it works fine. TrackIR is great for immersion, too.
brb, planning to take over the world. ;)
WorthABuy inc. Delivering shitty games straight to your door. Damaged goods guaranteed!
I'm waiting for a hoon simulator to come about.
I have Eurotruck sim and it's true, it's addicting, but when you need to drive for 40 mins you're wondering why you're not doing something a little more entertaining and less job-like.
Keep up the good work Mack, this channel il perfect.
Mac you could have made the vid 10 min long and get sum of that sweet RUclips money. But u did not and I respect that.
Size does not matter, it's how you use it :)
What do you mean?
I found the part about the Germans at the beginning extremely funny, had a big laugh especially when it then turned out the game was from ...
Did you really just find out while doing the video or did you set it up that way knowing already?
In the end it was great comedy either way, thanks for that!
Great video as always mack, may the 4th be with you and if your a Jedi be careful, tomorrow is the revenge of the fifth
Thanks Mack, another great review!
I have a logitech g27 and This game is so good I love it
That moment when this worth a buy but mass effect isn't
Mack, Automobilista Motorsports Simulator, have a go, soil your knickers
