There will always be people out to cause trouble mate. You know that you and your team do a first class job and anyone watching your Chanel can see that. On a separate note, the job calculator I bought off you has been a game changer for us, thank you!
@@cutcrewltd When I’ve quoted previously for anything it’s just been based on other similar jobs. I’ve not taken into account holidays rainy days etc. The interesting thing is I ran a couple of jobs through after purchasing it that we had just signed up a few days before and I was actually slightly over on some jobs but way out out on the jobs further distance away. It takes all the guess work out of things now I even tell people I’m quoting i use your calculator and it actually helps the sale process because they know you are being totally genuine with the cost.
Jack everything you all at CutCrew do for my club is always the best you have always gone over and above to support my club maintaining our 17 acres to a high standard and always willing to help when asked even coming out to line early doors on match day. You set a very high bench mark and the club and I value our partnership. Thank you for everything you do for us ❤
Good Luck to you Jack. You seem a decent bloke to me. I would be so miffed if someone did that to me, after me putting effort into a good job. Running a business is hard enough with out misguided back stabbers.
haha it was a good video.. things happen, deal with it and move on mate. social media creates jealousy. you need to stay online for your business presence. your a good person.
I’m glad that you posted this video Jack. The person that posted on social media, without knowing the full backstory ought to be ashamed of themselves. They owe you a full apology , if they don’t then shame on them.
The bloke basically shot himself in the foot by using these dirty little tactics. Customers will see what kind of person he is and they wont want to work with him. Take no notice and keep up the good work lad.
A very fair and honest video! Credit to you, social media sadly never gives both sides to the story and it’s always refreshing to see such a transparent view.
People give out information on social media without understanding the reasons. CutCrew can hold their heads high. You guys do amazing work at very competitive rates. Continually investing in machinery, products and people. Your work in the community is admirable. Don’t let a few miss judged words upset you and your team.
It’s not entirely relevant to this particular situation as there’s really nothing more you could’ve done with this place, but Scott Elwood has made a good point in the past that taking on jobs where the client wants the absolute bare minimum service can generate a similar situation and he therefore tries to avoid them.
Well handled Jack 👏🏻 Somebody is obviously a very very jealous individual.

Amazing news Tom!
What was the biggest change it made to the way you quote? Did you notice any flaws in previous pricing?

Everyone should know that social media posts show what they want to show and that ain’t always the truth
