    Love the hands to the knees. It helped me find more consistency in my swing, as I always struggled with remembering/getting into my position the next time I were going out to play. So annoying having to fight with that over and over again, but the hands to the knees has helped a lot. Thanks a lot :D

    I really appreciate the detailed breakdowns of the Swing mechanics. Out of all the in-person, literature, and instructional videos that I've encountered, YOUR attention to details, has helped me better understand EXACTLY what should be taking place in different areas of the golf swing. I'm getting excellent results from following your instructions, because I have a much better understanding of cause & effect. You guys have given me the best instructions I have encountered to this day and I just want to say, THANK YOU!

    I always struggle with early extension. I found recently videoing my self my practice swings no early extension. I found my posture was to far bent over and my arm pits over my toes. standing more upright immediately gave me better looking swing plus allowed my right elbow to get in front. still a long ways to go fix my swing. but posture was huge step forward

    Fantastic content fellas. The dynamic movement in a swing can certainly expose any areas where you're out of balance at address. Like walking where we're in a dynamic balance, a golf swing (as you're saying!) is the same thing. Thank you!

    Really enjoy your content (UK golfer playing off 6)...I'm 6 feet 3 but have a long spine and legs about 33 inches. Could you guys please do a video on posture and best swing (upright or round) for this body type. I feel that my weight goes to toes if I keep minimal knee flex and more front bend...similarly too much knee flex and less front bend causes lack of rotation.. thanks

    Great tip on the amount you should bend over having the fingers touch the top of the knee caps to determine that.

    I like the video I just need to put it in practice as I struggle with consistency with my game. It is hard for me as I've had 3 spine surgeries. My last one was 1 day shy of 4 months as I make this post. I've been cleared to play by my doctor to play but with limitations. No using my hybrids or woods and drivers. I look at is as iron boot camp. My friends play in the mid to high 80's, me just add 20 more. It cant be fun to play with me so I need all the help I can get. I'm very competitive and as a former marine I just strive for more from myself to be better. Great content will let you know how I do, Thanks Again

    I’m always tinkering w this due to my flat feet. Trying to get my weight balanced on both feet equally and not be on my toes. I always seem to be off balance a lil if I don’t favor my right side. I have to consciously push outwards on my knees to keep from too much slide and it’s frustrating

    Hi guys - love your content; helped me so so much. Would love to see something, which addresses the ‘challenges’ faced by taller players which you touch on here, I’m a 4 h’cap, 202cm tall, ex-professional athlete, have 125mph driver club head speed; I don’t struggle athletically, but feel as though much of what I see and try to adopt simply gets misinterpreted when I apply to my frame... I can shoot 75, or 95 still! Possible to look at trends, common themes across taller players for us big guys struggling with EE, CH control etc! Thanks, Will

    Totally disagree with the side bend at address. Look at Moe Norman who is arguably the best ball striker EVER who sets up with about 15 degrees of side bend. I’ve been using his swing for 2 years and can hit the ball pretty much dead straight and for power.

  • @bEeeatem
    @bEeeatem 5 лет назад

    At one point in the video, you say something like: "There are even some coaches who teaches this", refering to having a rounded back, pelvis forward towards the ball, and bent knees. Although not that exaggerated, this is what George Gankas teaches. In one of his videos he even says that bad posture is good posture for golf.
    Are you saying that what he teaches is wrong? The results of his players beg the differ, in that case.
