I'm so glad you are showing this part of Lazio - la Tuscia Viterbese - there is so much here to see that very few know about because the area is overshadowed by Rome. Nearby there is the glorious Villa Lante only a few miles away and Villa Farnese featured in so many films a few miles further. Then the regional capital Viterbo itself with its Fiesta di Santa Rosa and close by Civita Di Bagnoregio - the dying city - one of the most beautiful towns in Italy... I'm sure you are enjoying your tours of the Bel Paese. I'm certainly enjoying your videos!
I’ve been learning Italian for half a year now and can even speak Italian to my tutors approval. I can recommend learning as it’s a good for the brain and great when you get to Italy. Here I come in about April.
Thanks for sharing! I try to get people to study study study! Better to spend 70% of your time learning Italian and the other 30% looking at Real Estate here. It's not that hard.
Hey there, just found your channel. Your videos are awesome. You give a little history of the town so you actually know like where you are or what the location and how remote an area might be from major maybe a major city and around that are used to it takes effort extra extra effort to do what you do and it’s so appreciated. Thanks for sharing.
There are loads of bigger towns nearby that are very accessible. The regional capital Viterbo, well worth a visit and nearby Bolsena which is a delight on the lake of the same name. In my view Lazio is one of the best regions of Italy to live in, but I'm biased, I've lived here for 20 years...

I give this one a WoW Brad! The Cantina is a natural air conditioner. It'd be a great workshop or hang out space.

You’re welcome. Thanks for the kind words.
Fratello Brad, io posso parlare. Daccordo, no e' difficule. Grazia per il Tour...
Amore di fratello da Australia...
Great place!😊
Amazing.
Beautiful. I would worry about getting a driver's license, though.
Have you seen how they drive in Italy? 😂
Great price. More of a vacation space vs. A full time accommodation i think. But everything looks great.
Very nice.
I would make the Cantina some time of living space maybe a wine room, pool table...?
It was so nice and cool down there!
Thank you… we’re emailing you for the copy(pdf) of your book.
Nice and like proximity to Rome.
My husband's name was actually hanging on the wall.
Cute little town, just too little.

Yoga studio in the cantina!
love it you can adopt few cats and live ever after :)
How' s winter here? Wondering what the winter bills will run up to?
I would turn the cantina into a spa...hot and cold tubs, dry sauna. What a great price! Grazie.
What a great idea
Great idea!
The “dirty” kitchen, for making the sauce!
I'd build my recording studio down in the cantina.
This would be perfect for me (plus 2 Chihuahuas). ❤
