One of the victims voices was heard on the CVR in response to the impatient pilot in charge rushing them on board as saying, "please take good care of me". The pilot apparently did not run through checklists and took off too slow and slightly overweight then wrongly compensated for the left angle of flight.
I feel so sorry for them and their families. It was relief to know there was nobody in the building at that very moment. It could have been even worse. R.I.P. God Bless them all.
@Craig I have been following the investigation. It wiped out an entire family. Just sad. These pilot had on job. I am sure the conclusion will be pilot error...not enough air speed to take off...and engine stall.

Let me speculate - pilot error - improper training and slow speed - take off should have been aborted. Pilot error - same old story!
@Craig Indeed I do. It always is. At least almost always. I think they had a perfectly good plane. The investigation will tell more.
