  • Can these cheap Amazon Gas Shocks handle our Mini Jeep go kart?
We installed RFY Gas filled Shocks On Power wheels Jeep Go Kart. Are they good? We tested them and honestly... They are really cool! A great upgrade to our Chinese atv power wheels gy6 build. We would recommend these!

Love your videos dude. What psi did you put the shocks at? And how have they been holding up? I just got a set of those for my go kart but they are way to soft. Afraid to put too much pressure in it.

Thanks🤘they work great. They have held up so far. We pumped them up quite a bit. Not sure what psi tho. We did it more based on on feel

I have RFYs on my ATV and Yerf Dog buggy. They were around 15PSI out of the box. Did you fill with nitrogen or just air?

don't get fooled by those external gas Chambers. they lead to nothing they're there for looks. there's a video on RUclips where a guy bought some not realizing he would not have the clearance for those external Chambers so he cut them off and lo and behold there were no internal Chambers so to speak. they are only there for looks. I'm not saying every single cheap knockoff shock is like that but most of these are. nevertheless for the money you still can't beat them. I've owned four or five different sets and have beat the shit out of them and they're still going strong

Good to know! These ones are definitely are tied into the shock some how. If you hit them with air the stiffen up a bit. If they hold that pressure is another story. But to your point, they rock so far🤘hope you enjoyed the video!

The even cheaper copies of these are the ones that have that “decorative reservoir”. There’s a video of a guy cutting one up and there is definitely an oil passage in the RFY units.
