Wow! i watched this and the 2nd movie. I am very impressed this is a REAL machine/ Th man who assembled it really cared aout the machine.I want one. I libe ion Thailand and used my Tha phone number to register with Baidu Cloud, but it fails saying'toos busy try again later. I jope to contact you and find costs and shipping oi ChiamgMai. I installed repaired and modified cnc EDM for over 40 years. TomP
There is an awful lot that goes into a good milling machine and just designing it as a one off is enough to make you grow old very quickly.......nice work assembling the machine and I suppose it is in a complete kit form for DIY assembly.......it will be interesting to see the final finished item and a few cuts to see it perform.......needs a an enclosure if it's going to be CNC or you'll be wearing all the coolant and chips etc.
You shouldn’t just use one bearing to fix your DTI to because the rails aren’t perfect and have errors in them, best to use the vertical slide assembly to average out any errors plus the extra weight on of the assembly could change the squareness between axis?… great video all the same👍
Sorry friend that's just not true, these casting come heat treated from the factory or they have long time to sit to relieve stress before machining the mating surfaces. When using glass scale closed loop servos the software can correct any errors in frame warp motors skipping,etc This machine will most definitely reach a high level of precision! Maybe not good enough to make watches but still very precise! I suspect a test cut of 20mm round would be no more than +- 3 or 4 micron if assembly was done properly.. I think you could make a pocket watch with that kind of accuracy!! That's impressive!

另外就我所知，鑄造熱處理後放置一段長時間（半年以上）讓內應力導致的變形達到穩定後再加工，可以精度更高
；影片中鏟花部分，跟我認知的是不同，固定結合面不需要鏟花
