Loved this video but I think the most realistic and historical Dutch expansion is Belgium, Luxembourg, northern France and north west Germany. These are all historical Dutch lands so it would make sense to create a Dutch empire (or better Greater Netherlands) with those territories.

Wikipedia has loads of good maps, take the SVG format and open it in inkscape (free) and you will see all the layers (mostly convenient named) and you can change the colors easily. And SVG are vectors so it wouldn't look so pixelated as on this map.

Unfortunately under international law they have to leave voluntary. 5) Suriname would love to be back in the Netherlands, they are struggling with high national debt as well.
