    I think you can make a strong argument that Skyler Woodward is the best shotmaker on earth at the moment. Some of the kick shots he makes other players couldn't even see. It's just unreal.

    Skyler Woodward 19:55. Banks the 2 ball into the 9 ball, to pot the 9 and win the rack

    • @thestever
      @thestever 5 месяцев назад

      Yea, such a high pressure shot. Shane's 1-9 bank carom right before that was also incredible, but with that one he at least had a chance of making the 1 if he missed the 9. Skyler's shot was 9 or nothing.

    For me it's Biado at 1:19. He put so much left on the ball to get it to kill, it actually started hooking back toward the bottom rail a little bit. From over 8 feet away and on the rail, to put that much power and control and accuracy on the shot is simply unreal. Not the flashiest shot but I think it's the best shot here.

I’m curious how there can be so many women who qualify for some of these events and if they get guaranteed money since they probably have a 1000-1 chance of winning, if not less. I also like both Biado shots, I want to see something that really separates the pros from the amateurs.

    1:20 Is that checkside? Most players would play with running side

    • @calvinharmon3837
      @calvinharmon3837 Год назад

      No. Just overloaded top center at such a high velocity that when the cue ball’s spin was able to catch the cloth going forward, it was already moving back from the side rail. The two opposing forces just allowed the cue ball to slow and bend to where it landed

    • @keeganbadour2803
      @keeganbadour2803 Год назад

      It’s mostly just a ton of topspin, when the cueball bounces off the rail it still has some of that topspin on it but now the other way so it turns into backspin, which is why it warps like that. He didn’t play it with running side because he was pretty straight and it would’ve left him too far away. He played it amazing though, it’s super hard to play that shot at that speed, distance, and on the rail.

    • @dzarren
      @dzarren Год назад +1

      Not sure about the comments here, bur he clearly puts almost maximum left spin. You can see the way it checks off the second rail, for sure it is not just top spin. And look at him cueing at it, he is obviously not hitting center top.

    • @raskolnjikov1
      @raskolnjikov1 Год назад

      Yeah, you could clearly see he aims deeply left to get that swerve off the rail, otherwise the cue ball would go much higher

    • @anferneeleung694
      @anferneeleung694 Год назад

      @@dzarren nah the angle already changed before hitting the 2nd rail. He might have put about a tip of left spin but it was top spins that did most of the work. If he played with maximum left, the cue ball would go closer to the 9 ball and probably slow down a lot more before hitting the 2nd rail

      He kind of cheated the very very most of the pocket it ricochet in too. But he deflected or juiced it up some must that the camera also picked up a wild throw off the rail with English and it looked like an illusion how he created and angle with nothing. I guess you can see positions good in the clip and see it up and see if you get shape.
