It's nice to see some underdogs in the finals. But let's be honest, this pool was by far not great! A lot of (easy) missed shots, too many lucky shots, of course some nice shots from the guys as well. But the only great thing about the final was, that the match was so close the whole time. But not even close to FSR'S, Filler's, Kaci's, SVB'S Level
@@cranford69 Winner breaks really gives an advantage to the strongest player, who already kinda has an advantage. It's more fair to alternate the breaks.
@@xl000Thats the epitome of fair. If you’re playing someone who has the ability to put packs together, you better be able to do the same thing, and if you can’t, it’s just either an unfortunate draw on your part or you just decided to play above your level

A final so good between 2 phenomenal players, rarely seen on this stage of pool tournaments that you don't even care who wins. Huge congratulations to dang, but a really world class performance from Bijsterbosch. Hoping to see more of these two players in other finals to come.
Never saw Dang play before this, but I noticed his game early in the meet. Solid play, great rhythm, clever. He deserved this and I hope to see more of him.
Bjisterbosch had him but went for 1 too many low percentage shots. He had a great opportunity at a run in that last rack and could’ve kept control with safeties as needed but he handed Dang the win with his poor decision. You might get away with this in league play, however not at this level.
Dang has balls of steel!! He doesn't look like to be feeling the pressure of this final game. Great match and hats off to Marc as well for a great game during the entire tournament.
Great pool. Bit of a fluff up with the intro title using Dang Hin Ju instean of Dang Jin Hu. btw: Chinese pronunciation of Dang, the a is pronounced like 'ah', closer to the pronunciation of Dung than the a sound in cat. This is the same for other uses of a in Chinese pinyin, such as Wang, Shang, Tang etc. Jin and Hu are pronounced pretty much as an English speaker would guess. Like Gin and Who. In contrast, Ding Jun Hui (the Chinese snooker player) is pronounced Ding Jwin Hway. Note, the family name is used first in Chinese, hence Dang and Ding are their surnames, and Jin Hu and Jun Hui are their given names.
Exactly, I mentioned in Quarter Final highlight alrdy, it should be Dang Jin Hu =.=#.... thought they would correct it but still left the egregious typo here in Final highlight...
You can tell they're very excited and playing the match of their life because they both didn't expect to get that deep. Very engaging and makes the final so much better compared to players that have done it before.
Good to see Chinese players back to international stage after China finally removed the travel limitation due to Covid 6 months ago. Dang was already a well known player and he is on Chinese National Team.
Both are very entertaining cueists. Its always more enjoyable to see such offensive players rather than the slow, defensive players. all and all, what a final
Great match! Efren said it way back that Asian players are going to be a force to be reckoned with. Nerves of steel to play last rack like that, both players I applaud 👏🏼
Another match proving controlled skill will always prevail over haphazard luck. Great showing for the top 4 finisher’s especially Woodward. Team USA is getting better thank goodness.
Bro bijister absolutely didn’t deserve to be in that final, I’ve never seen someone get so damn lucky in my life. This will be the only time you see him in a final 😂
Congrats to Dang! He is not even the top Chinese player yet and still won the champion. Hope those top Chinese players could also play more international matches.
Chinese 8 ball tournaments rewards are so high so a lot of snooker and 9 ball players in China turned to play it. The prize money for the season end tournament champion this year was 5M rmb. Players like Oi, Sanjin, and Kelly Fisher also participated in it. There is also a format of 9 ball game in China called Jue Jin 决金, which is played on Chinese 8 ball table where it's much harder to pocket balls, especially balls close to or on rails.
thanks to the chinese 8 ball match, which has an even smaller pocket than this one with much higher requirement of Accuracy. In the past 3 years although chinese players dosent come to the world but they still playing many chinese 8 ball game in mainland match, including dang.
Hey Matchroom pool, this was pretty annoying to see final with only highlights as per we don't watch this kind of serious matches just to enjoy but to learn like how the final was being played. So please release the video or live stream of final. Thanks Qaser from Finland.
The real player, the professional, won. I don't like Bijsterbosch's game; this continual seeking luck with random tricks. For example, he should have played the last rack, if he had had more courage, instead of looking for yet another stroke of luck. It's a way of playing that I find deplorable, it's good for the bar, not among professionals.

Great to see Chinese players back on international pool stage and you would see them much more dominant in women category.

Dang vs Mr Lucky. Glad to see Dang win. He had to out run the luck and that is very hard to do.

congrats on the well deserved win
Beijsterbosch should not have played that last bank, but a safety.
Not gonna lie that was awesome
Bijsterbosch is a banger. No business being in the finals.
The titles I'm the beginning spelled Dang's name wrong
At this top level where both are equally skilled, the luck factor played a significant role.
but the winner even with a worse luck than rival!
All I have to say is....DANG!!!

Some of the shots were hit and hope. Terrible
Only the "pro" scratched 5 times
Ye, embarrassing
it's 9-ball, you could legally pot by luck so sometimes the percentage shot is just the old "hit 'n hope". Choices.
