    • @airsoftvseverything
      @airsoftvseverything  Год назад +2

      I rather recommed you to disassemble your pistol and measure the inside diameter of the spring and the spring guide (you can modify the spring guide) but I guess secondary spring outside diameter can be 1-2mm wider. It can be less too.
      Yes, but only a bit harder. Even with an M135 spring I can cock the pistol easily.

    Sorry , in my first reaction I asked you for the FPS figures which I couldn't read because I innitialy watched your video on my fine. After watching on the computer I was able to read the numbers. A quick calculation learned that you had an average increase of 9% FPS just by adding a inner spring with the relatively heavy 0.20 bb. Not bad at all. Are you planning any other upgrades on this gun?

    • @airsoftvseverything
      @airsoftvseverything  3 года назад +3

    • @davidschmidt6013
      @davidschmidt6013 2 года назад

      'relatively heavy 0.20g bb'...?? lol .20 is the lightest weight many shops sell, and is always used for chrono testing because its light weight gives the highest FPS.

    • @lucienschrauwers7518
      @lucienschrauwers7518 2 года назад +3

      @@davidschmidt6013I partly agree. 0.20 is ABSOLUTELY NOT the lightest bb being sold in many shops.....that is 0.12 namely witch is also the cheapest an must inútil bb weight. Furthermore I mentioned the words "relatively heavy" within the the context of the weights being used in this test where you can see the 0,20 bb is the intermediate weight being used. The only accurate part of your reaction was that 0.20 is indeed being used as a reference weight for FPS tests. Not because it is a light weight but because it is an intermediate weight (considering al the weights on the market) and thus gives you an general and balanced idear of the capabilities of the gun being tested. Therefor I suggest you skip the "lol" part in the future and try to read......and understand......what is being written and in what kinda context, before you jump to any kinda reaction.

      "How does adding a secondary spring make it shoot at higher velocity"
      - Double spring together compress air faster than one spring, so you will get higher fps.
      (In this case, not much more fps because this pistol have plastic trigger sears and with stronger springs, it would break)

Got mine (exactly same) about a week ago and at 10 meter distance don't find it very accurate. You experience the same? What is your maintanace procedure on this gun? Looking forward to your answers. I always check my videos before uploading, Im using 6,67col phone screen and I can see the numbers without any problems 🤔 But if its hardly visible for you, others would have same problem. Thank you for mentioned this! I will write before /after fps numbers to the video description soon.
      Yeah, its not the most accurate pistol in the world, Im experiencing the same. Hopup is just a small rubber thingy, quality is low.
      As it was a cheap gun I will only clean the barrel sometimes and oil the trigger sears for more life. This will be my "maintenance" for this pistol.

      @@airsoftvseverything Tnks for your reaction. Are you planning more videos on this gun? I discovered useful videos about this cybergun colt are rare and yours was only the second useful one. A complete stripping of the slide would therefore be very useful. Btw.....your aprouch is right and responsible......have seen quit a few general videos talking about stretching spring witch I do not find very smart. If one would like to go that direction buying a longer spring would be the way to go. But after some closer look at the gun yesterday I daw tat the trigger part is a small plastic thing that is gonna resist al the extra force applied when trying to upgrade. So I guess without other upgrades on trigger mechanisme any further upgrades puts the gun at risk of breaking the trigger mechanism. Are you familiar with the fixed bax system this gun suposidly has and able to explain more ? Perhaps maybe also wit a video?

    Alright so
    1. Incrasing speed of ejector for bb. Or adding more spring you get faster mooving inside gun,that damage the plastic that move,and where it hit. So inside gun can be damaged faster. And 2. If gun have Hip-Hop(or incrasing or decreasing speed of bullet) or that is for wheater and things like that. If bullet is going fast than its often just going up.
    If bullet is moving slower than its not eveytime but its sometimes gonna just go straight. But with two springs. Hip-Hop is there for nothing. So you cant controll speed of bullet

      But the second...? heh?
      Hip hop is a genre. We use hop up in airsoft. Anyway, we use hop up for spinning the bb for more distance and not decreasing or increasing the bb velocity.

If you decidiu to chance something and you did it wrong and you fucked up your gun......bad luck....your problem. Don' t blame other gor you messing up things.
      As far as your comment about the hop-up. You clearly have no ideal what you are talking about. Hop-up only serves to add an effect to the Bb to increase range, and has NOTHING TO DO WITH SPEED.. AND finally if you really knew what you were talking about you also knew that spring operated airsoft pistols , including this cybergun colt model, have a fixed almost insignificant hop-up with you cannot manipulate or regulate in any form or way and therefor is an insignificant factor in your whole argument.
