I'm assuming that tachometer is not standard. Where did you get it from? It's perfect.
It Looks like the stock tach was swapped out with a British Smiths gauge. The stock gauge had an oil pressure gauge in the center bottom, so that is probably why the car has an aftermarket oil gauge below the radio blank-out plate.
