Lots of other colleges offer 100% scholarships. Look into Questbridge if you're high achieving/low income, big scholarships like Jack Kent Cooke/Coca-cola Scholars if you're an incredible student, and honors programs specific to certain schools like Morehead-Cain at UNC Chapel Hill for merit aid.
This guy did not go to an Ivy League school, as under another video about minerva he posted about how he went to the university of Edinburgh, so most likely everything about what this guy is saying is fake.
