Just a tip: if you point the gun on the super pershing in the air the turret gets much better protection from its armor. Because if you point the gun in the air the spaced armor gets divided over the turret front. It helps a lot when you are face hugging, if you point the gun in the air and wiggle a bit the can't penetrate the turret. love your vids!
when i first got it i was a total noob, ruind my stats in it, today i played it again and i was like wow... i like this tank * i didnt like the rng though i missed 2 fully aimed shots on the side of a ferdinant which was standing still, they both went about 5mm over the top .. pissed me off pretty good haha * armour is decent- big weakspots on the turret indeed, gun performance - high damage, reasonable penetration, very in accurate but close range it is a beast, i have yet to face a e-75 with it but i bet its capable of killing one .

That was just insane xD I've never seen him so cracked and broken down in happiness and tears. That was the only reward I would've gotten, no commercial free stream no thank yous just to see him so happy that Peppy had to help him was enough for me.

This was the Third tier nine heavy I got after the IS-8 and the M103. It blew both of them out of the water. It really does haul ass when you have to go. Then the tank is good at sidescraping unlike the m103. Love this thing.

Another entertaining and informative video. I played the WZ-111 on the test server and was impressed with it. If I still played WoTs as often as I once did, not more than three or four matches over the last two months, and had any interest in moving further up the tiers I would have my sights firmly set on getting a WZ-111. An enjoyable tank that actually fits it tier and purpose in the game. Keep up the excellent work.

QB the top of the turret is not a weakspot... The pen was on a view-port as the 100mm of armour can not be overmatched like the sub-30mm or armour the IS-3 has on the top of it's turret. Also the best teammates... IN THE WORLD.

is8's gun is nothing to joke about 258pen 440 alpha .38 accuracy,2.9 sec aimtime and best part 10 sec reload can catch those tier9 meds with high pen gun ofguards
Quicky when you are fighting enemies at this road on Ruinberg (26:12) that's not the right Place to be. The 111 has such a low profile. It is better to go to the crater right next to the houses on the left. There you can hide your lower plate very easily and shoot the enemies when they have fired. Hope you read this. BB
Quicky when you crossed the bridge on Mountain Pass you said you had no idea what the enemy IS-8's HP was. With the damage dealt mod in the top if you hold alt it will tell you the HP remaining of all enemy tanks spotted. (In this case at the time the IS-8 had 970hp left).
I had the 111 and sold it before I could get the top gun. It was just so frustrating to play and I felt completly helpless in it. I am used very much to the chinese mediums and it dosn't have the mobility to pull back quick and avoid shots plus the frontal armor is hard to angle as you shown. I will get back to it after I got my Tortoise and my FV215 183b.
Quickie what is your opinion about heavie tanks with lot of side armor and pike nose in general? Dont you think its too inflexible and mediocre? purpose of tanks with good side armor is to sidescrape corners,but pike nose actually just makes your frontal armor much weaker when you sidescraping. T 10 chineese heavie should be so much fun without pike nose thats where you can rly play it like real heavie tank with side armor is meant to play
There is a tier 8 premium WZ111 with a 122mm gun and 175 mm pen. Other is the same with the tier 9 one. The HEAT shell for that 122 is 300mm. It is only available on Chinese server. How do think about that?
Nice review, but I would like to hear your comparison with an IS-8. I have both, E-75 and IS-8, but I don't think, you can compare IS-8 with E-75 or WZ-111 with E-75. After making my 110 elite, I would consider to get the WZ-111, but I am not sure. IS-8 has slightly better stats, at least the stats you can read in the WOT-client.

My biggest rage moment in this game is when it was down to 5 vs 1 and I was dead. The last player on the enemy team was an arty and my team for some drunken reason went one at a time with just enough time in between that the GW Tiger was able to reload and reposition and he took down the last bit of my team... It's nice to see your allies waiting to engage the enemy.
I think you can shoot super pershing in the spaced hull armor and penetrete him with anything that has 200 plus penetration most of the time, at least seen it happen to me alot- unlocked wz that tank and just grinding cash for it.
E75 is still better for me because of this great armor and still good mobility, allowing you yo carry pretty much any game. I'm only an average (52%) player and still maange to achieve 58% winrate in this tank. Really recomand it to anyone, especially if you were gound of the "tankt" role in other MMORPG games :)
Ammo rack prone. Even with the mod config to get the +100% ammo rack durability. Ammo racked just about every game, sometimes racked right after I repair the previous racking. You have to play it like a light if you expect to do anything with it. Hide and you stand a chance. Good gun tho.
I love the 110 so I was thinking about getting this tank next but it's not looking so good. I feel as if the armor on the 110 is more reliable and you're not as worried about that weak LFP.
I moved up to tier 10 and I have no regret, it's feels so good constantly bouncing tier 10 TD shells with 120mm armor and have Steel Wall shows up in their faces.
Also when it comes to liking the tank. Well so far I have found out that the grind to it is not exactly pleasant... I did get some decent game in the meds such as a pools medal in the Type T-34 however the lack of gun depression AND turret armour makes them very painful. The 11 is better with the fact that it has turret armour to go with the lack of gun depression so once you egt the gun down you can bounce shells...
He is going to use the free xp to research arty.. hes plan is to research every tank in the game, and he does not want to play arty so he will use free xp
Great Tier 9 but debating should i get it. I like machines with good guns and i can deal with the weak armour but in tier 10 games you can't really go frontline like the e75 because of that lower hull thats a huge minus. Personally i'd rather wargaming buff the lower hull and make the reload longer.
With 2.3 accuracy on 100mm, higher DPM than 130mm and good mobility of the tank i believe it could be used sort of as a brawling medium, almost like a slower, better armored T-54 , but maybe having higher alpha would do it more good in more situations.
Having greater pen and alpha is almost always better. With the 130 you support mediums with the high alpha output. The 100 is theoretically higher in DPM and accuracy, but what's the point with lower pen and lower alpha in a heavy? It won't be able to flank as well as a medium, rendering it a liability.
Finally when I moved from 110 to this tank I hoped for something better. But was crushed by absolutely paperthin front armor. It was penetrated by absolutely everything. Had a remorse for selling 110, a good tank, not best, but 1v1 vs IS-3, I had at least 65% of winning. Then after a few days I payed attention to the firing sounds, I was surprised that I was literally showered in HEAT and APCR rounds. Kek, not a tier 9 player
I really loved the chinese tier 9's. Both of them have similar capabilities 111 having more armor and 120 having more speed. I really think that the fast but well armored(at least the turret) playstyle fits me well and that why I think the chinese tier 9's are the best.
I prefer 110... been in WZ111 and despite scoring more than 5.2k dmg... I couldn't even Ace it. The armor is awesome at medium range and above where they cant get your lower plate. Either way, the controversial armor takes some effort to get use to. Still learning... :(
Too bad i grinded through this tank before it got buffed :(. Before the buff a T71 could pen the upper plate with every shot without premium ammo. pretty annoying :/.
I rather pref the actual IS-8, the T-10, than this wz. Still a great tank, but i don´t see it that bouncy on upper plate, it eats a lot of shells there indeed, and side isn´t that good. I really don´t fear this tank apart from gun, speed and turret armor, and as u said it has 2 weak cuppolas. T-10 has better armor overall, has better gun handling and more DPM, and also has more HP/Ton ratio.

See I am going down the Chinese tanks now, at the Type 58, and have a choice ahead between the Mediums or Heavies, and I do know they are both fairly good tank lines in their own aspects, like the Chinese Mediums getting very large guns for medium tanks, and the Heavies virtually being Russian Heavies but with some tweaking, heavies or mediums? Still have no clue.
I'm on Xbox one so I know the 113 isn't as good as it is on PC. At least on console I see tons of people playing the Chinese heavies and I personally loved the is-2 and 110. Wz-11111111111111111111-4 is pretty good and 113 is damn nice, but if you are on pc, definetly go with heavies because mediums are just the Russian mediums. The heavies are kinda different at least.

Not as biased as I thought it would be, goes to show just how good you are with it; your lower plate is almost never a problem.
I prefer the 100 mm gun as it has better dpm. I also seem to bounce more shots with the standard turret.

I had only one encounter in my IS-3 against WZ-111-1-4, it had around 1400hp and I ammoracked it with teh first gun (the one that KV-1S uses)

In the last of my games with the wz the ammo got every second game damaged or blew up. is the ammo of the 111 so weak or was i so unlucky?
my rack got hit 2 games in a row as well. and Tier 7's were shredding my armor from front.

Dude use tank inspector the wz111 frontal armor is an effective 200 with some strong points where its 270. So all t9 and some t8 gun will pen it.
I'm always getting penned on the front it's trash
the kv-2 with with 152 mm has 4. accuracy and i don't miss shoots like that on the t44

Why QB fire HEAT at E100's lower plate? It seems logical when it's APCR, but with HEAT I would fire at the turret.

you underestimate the Super pershing a lot.... its easy to pen a is-3's pike nose without gold and a t34's hull armor easily.

Like an IS but has 50 more hit points and a well angled plate in front effective bouncing 5 and 6 guns sometimes 7's

Of all the tanks I have this is the best hands down.
Would have been much nicer if you had compared the 111 with its clone the IS-8.
See I am going down the Chinese tanks now, at the Type 58, and have a choice ahead between the Mediums or Heavies, and I do know they are both fairly good tank lines in their own aspects, like the Chinese Mediums getting very large guns for medium tanks, and the Heavies virtually being Russian Heavies but with some tweaking, heavies or mediums? Still have no clue.
I'm on Xbox one so I know the 113 isn't as good as it is on PC. At least on console I see tons of people playing the Chinese heavies and I personally loved the is-2 and 110. Wz-11111111111111111111-4 is pretty good and 113 is damn nice, but if you are on pc, definetly go with heavies because mediums are just the Russian mediums. The heavies are kinda different at least.
At the WZ-120 and it's easy to do 4000 damage per game. Fast, big gun, fast reload, and good armor.
