I truly believe that the lack of viewers to Angelina's video is largely due to the format of the video, it starts off with a weird intro and a quarter of the screen used in an unnecessary frame. I nearly skipped past watching it myself because the intro seemed a bit cartoonish didn't think it was a proper release by Angelina, still love the song, just not the way presented visually.💕

Thank you for another grand reaction to Angelina. She has been adding to her arsenal of musicality since the age of seven, and probably has more tools at her command than any other singer. In every song she chooses to sing, she will only choose those tools which she feels are appropriate for her to use to achieve how she feels the song deserves to be sung. Never too little. Never too much.

She actually has a video of her in the studio when she was 6 years old singing - I who have nothing - .. I think that is the first time she did something big and posted it on RUclips ( I might be wrong) but she been singing since she was alittle girl. There is a video of her when she was only 1 1/1-2 years old singing in a bathtub.. Its postet on RUclips.

Just today she released another cover, this time we have The Beatles "Yesterday".
Well you didn't get to see her "underrated" range in this one. Instead she knocks you out with her soft, breathy, beautiful voice that stuns you. The 1st time I heard this, I kept waiting for some big belts, but they never came. Instead, she mesmerizes you with her grace & beauty. Now I understand that if she had belted it out, as we all know she can, it would have ruined the entire effect of this version. Whitney & Mariah own the "power" version of this song, but Angelina owns the "emotional" version &, to me, it's a masterpiece.
Her covers are always special and unique. This one was very soft, breathy and heartfelt.

One of the mysteries of the world, why this version hasn't had 10 millions views. Mariah and Whitney have achieved dozens of Grammy's and acknowledge as two of the greatest female vocalists of the past 30 years. In my opinion she makes the song a whole lot better with such a depth of soul and emotion. Great reaction.

She was signed 14 years old to Republic Records. They can only press the button when they want to start, but I think they still take it easy when she goes to school and is only 15 years old. But such a large record company probably already has plans for the future.

I love your reactions. I can see you were familiar at an early age. Your insights are truly intuitive, caring and relatable. Angelina is well protected my her family so thus far you need have no concern there. If you haven't reacted to Bohemian Rhapsody you should do that next. From 3 years old she wanted to sing on 'that Simon show' . She did that at 13 and impressed Simon and Got the Golden Buzzer! In the Front Row of the Audience during that performance you will see her family, from left to right, Michael Astar her uncle and manager, her sister Juliet, her Mother and her Grandmother. You notice her sister crossing her fingers at the beginning and her Mother wiping a tear from her eye. They must have been so Proud.
Following is some information not often shared and extremely informative that you may not be familiar with. I found it posted by some one on somebodies reaction.
Angelina’s manager from the beginning is her uncle Michael Astar. From article of Music Norway interview we learn that Michael was raised in Japan and music was always his passion. After his family moved to Norway, Michael became a hip-hop DJ. As a 16-year old he was a DJ at 21+ night clubs in Oslo, Norway, getting the gigs because he looked older and no one asked his age before being hired. After getting tired of being a DJ, Michael started a music management company in 2013, and 3 months later, with no clients yet, Angelina signed-up to try out for Norway’s Got Talent. Angelina’s first audition when 7-years old was a cover of Billie Holiday’s song “Gloomy Sunday” that went viral when it got uploaded to RUclips. Then Angelina won Norway’s Got Talent, had other viral RUclipss, performed on Norway, US and other TV shows and her career started to take off. Eventually she had over 1 billion views of her performances on RUclips and Facebook before Angelina’s appearances on the American’s Got Talent - The Champions show. Her performances there further accelerated her career. At this point, Angelina asked her uncle Michael if it was possible for her to move to the US to pursue her music dreams. Michael says this was a tough call, and he asked himself questions like; how on earth are you going to pull this off? What about a VISA? What about finances? Are you willing to sell everything you have and own, and also get a loan to risk everything? Michael related that “These were questions I had to ask myself, several times a day. Then, I remembered, what did my mom do when she went to Japan? She didn’t even talk Japanese or knew anyone. She did it because she risked everything for a better future.” So, Michael flew alone to Los Angeles, studied and learned anything he could learn from the people he got to know during his time in the Industry. After gathering a bunch of people, he came back to Norway and started the process. He indicated that “A few months later, I told her, PACK YOUR BAGS! We are going next week to pursue your dream! All in baby. Her smile made it all worth the hassle.” “We stayed patient because the way this industry works is bizarre and you have to dodge bullets right and left to get anywhere. But would I do it again? Of course! Life without challenge is boring," Michael says. For Michael, a lot of his time involves talking with industry people, to see what’s happening out there. Having recently become a father and with COVID-19, time has become even busier and more crazy than usual. “There is a lot of stuff happening with Angelina, and it requires daily briefings with a lot of people.” America’s Got Talent had always been interested in bringing Angelina to the show, but with their normal contract, artists are being locked into a label, management, and other things for many years. Michael says that it did not matter if you get exposure or not, it was out of the question to give away that many rights. This kind of patience eventually paid off. Michael said that “Some time passed and they again contacted me, asking if she wanted to sing on their show. I convinced them to give me a contract where Angelina is free from any deal if she performs, she is great for their TV show and Angelina will get the exposure she needs to breakthrough, because I knew, the talent is one of the kind like no other, I just needed her to be seen and was on a daily hunt for how to get the right spot for her in the USA.” After, Angelina’s success on America’s Got Talent, she eventually signed with Republic Records in August 2020 where Angelina was told she was Republic’s highest priority new artist. Michael says the commitment with the right interest in mind has been one of the most important things when choosing a team and partners to be part of Angelina’s team. “You also need to choose someone with the right chemistry. These are the people you have to deal with on a daily basis, you have to have a good feeling and chemistry with the team you choose.” Although no specifics yet, Michael says that the plans for Angelina include going global. Advice from Michael: “Go with your instinct, it never fails, crazy how nature does that. Always be humble, you get way further being a nice person, people tend to be nice back. Always read the contract. Find a good lawyer (It’s super hard to find the good one, but with dedication, you can). Don’t rely on people, you want something done? Do it yourself. If you are good at something, never do it for free (Quote from the Joker).”

You are hilarious. Angelina pushes a person to a point beyond words to describe her abilities. Angelina makes remarkable musical choices. IMO, she is able to capture the essence of her interpretation of a song and from that point, her choices move the piece to completion. As you have said in your reaction, Angelina is able to frame a song in the way that her toolbox can most effectively perform the song.

Her cover of all of me (john legend) and yellow brick Road is worth checking out. She did yellow brick Road on AGT after she did bohemian rhapsody. And she angelinafied it..lol.
But i heard it not Elton Johns version but its a cover from a women who also did the song but i cant remember the name of the woman.. (idk if that is true cause i haven't heard the other song cause idk the name of the women) I know you like to do the reactions of of the artist on their channel but there is a video on Rusty Shacklefords channel (its a Angelina jordan channel. He is one of her biggest fans) and the video is cut so its just her performance and its under 3 min. So its not long at all. Even tho i wish it was.. But when i think of it its AGT so its most likely not on her channel but on AGT. Mighr as well do it on Rustys channel then. Its cut and everything.

I think she practices these little runs to the point where the play out as spontaneous. I'm not sure if this girl is ever NOT singing. Everything she does is so smooth. She was smart here not to try matching Whitney or Mariah, they are just too legendary for many to challenge successfully. If nothing else Angelina is smart. You know what else you get from her, honesty. You can feel it as soon as she opens her mouth. Nothing is contrived.

Angie chooses all her own songs & does all her own arrangements ever since she was very young, No disrespect to WH or MC but I love the more intimate arrangement that Angie did here & I felt it matched the movie better & the story of the words better. It wasn't a belting contest between to icons. She gave the song a more humble touch just like the real story of Moses. But she still was respectful to the original. What class Angie has. Yes you did say she's very talented and then went on to say she needs to do her, which I understand as meaning she needs to sing her style. If you meant she needs to do her own songs she has several originals. Her first where she wrote the music and the lyrics is "What Is Life" at 11 years old. At 12 she wrote "Shield" and "Oslo" and at 14 her first single released with Republic Records is "Million Miles" and her second single is "7th Heaven" both written and performed by her. You might also check out her latest cover "Billie Jean" done in a jazzy version not trying to do MJ. I respectfully disagree with your last statement that you always look less when compared to the best. Elvis is considered by many to be one of the best singers of all time yet almost all of his hits were covers and many were better than the original.
