Whats the humidity like down there? Is it dry heat or hot and muggy during spring/summer?
The weather in Uruguay is very, very variable, it can be dry heat one week and muggy the next, the same goes for the temperature, it can reach 42 degrees Celsius during the summer and below 0 degrees during the winter. That said, there are no hurricanes or major tropical storms or floods here.
