Last time I liked, commented and subscribed my beard grew 6”. Thank you TPH for the facial hair growth. Don’t need a spotting scope for this face rug.

I've had been using the vortex Razor 27-45??? The smaller one but I did not like the glass and got rid of it. The Kowa prominar TSN 17-40 is amazing for a light spotter. The Kowa prominar big eyes of course for the big hunts and I used a Kowa TSN99A last season. The Kowas make it hard to decide them over swaro. The swaro 115 with a BTX or STX is really hard to beat when looking for sheep or coues deer and antelope too. The swaro STC 17x27??? The smaller spotter is amazing for a really small portable spotter and it's even better if you can mount two of them side by side on a plate. When you have the swaro EL range binos and a good Swaro spotter or Kowa spotter it's real nice. Then if it's super bright and sunny and mirage is terrible the zeiss Harpia is the champion. In my opinion. I constantly have swaro SLC 10x52 binos in the truck and a older swaro spotter as the old battle axes for everything in the pack.

Wade we know you like relatively “expensive” hunting items, but a review on the crossfire 12-36 spotting scope would be great.

I hope he doesn't start reviewing the cheaper options in any line of products. Occasionally if he finds something really great that affordable then yes but honestly there is a gazillion and half again reviews on all the cheap stuff. In the case of spotting scopes shiz in shiz out.

@@kriswarren6202 that is true, however the video quality and detail that he dives into is what I appreciate.

Vortex even has a crossfire 12-36 version of the compact razor if you're not inclined to spend 900 and 200 better fits your budget and needs.

Leupold Spotters have long been the favorites of LE, Military organizations, and those that like to equip themselves similarly. Any thoughts on whether they've fallen out of favor, or been surpassed by other brands?

In the mil, le world i have no idea.
Hunting community any data I have is gonna be local to my generalized area. But, I will run some polls. Since I’ve recorded this vid a new compact Swaro has dropped and I’m sure we will see more by next January.

I have an older vortex viper, but don't use it now. Friend has a kowa highlander (giant bino) and it ruined me

Kowas make you question every decision you've ever made about glass. 😅 love them.

Is that case that the Leupold is in (not the cage) the factory Leupold cover? It looks different than mine…and I am needing a new protective cover but am not finding any options….any idea where to source one?
