    You had better have identified your target… before you draw your gun…
    It is brandishing a firearm at best, and in most States, assault with a deadly weapon.
    Not to mention, that you might be pointing your gun at another firearm carrying person, and you just gave them justification to use deadly force against you…
    Using a WML to identify a threat is reckless and dangerous…

      Having a handheld light and a WML aren't mutually exclusive.
      They mention your point at 5:37 and again at 10-11 min. They literally say, "you don't want to have a loaded gun pointing at anything not knowing what it is."
      Also, humans aren't the only threat depending on where you live / what you do. If I hear a big cat or bear nearby or on a trail, I definitely want two hands on the firearm and a WML.
      Edit: I wholly agree with you if people are using their WML like they would a handheld, that's just poor decision making.
