Btw, when Muzan said Daki was holding Gyutaro back, he wasn't referring to strength. He meant how Gyutaro's humanity would get in the way of the fight, like how he should've helped out sooner before Daki got decapitated and how he should've killed Tanjiro when he had the chance during the climax of the fight instead of projecting himself on Tanjiro and offering for him to become a demon.

Like image he had the ability of his family which was, Grow stronger skin and muscles and everytime its cut you shed it and it gets stronger, you can control spiders that act as extra eyes and can land on opponents to control them or trap them, easily shoot webs out of your hand that traps opponents in a web ball like Gyokos water prision, have poison spiders that can turn people into spiders, shoot acid out of your mouth. Giyu is stronger than obanai but sanemi should be 2nd and giyu 3rd then obanai 4th. This list was all bs when he put gyokko and hantengu below rengoku.
The reason of Kyojuro's loss was because he fought alone, as much as people love to categorize "who's stonger... this and that", every upper ranks and muzan's defeat were because they worked together, even Muichiro'svictory because of Tanjiro indeliberately triggered his mark and memories. No one is as strong as Yoriichi, not even Tanjiro or Gyomei. To defeat Muzan literally was a joint and combined effort of demon slayers, breathing styles legacy by Yoriichi, knowledge of medecin and the Sun. --- it's always about team effort and togetherness.

What I like about Zouhakuthen is that he is not only tye full power of upper 4 but his Transpformation is a limit breaker. For years the 4 Clones had overpowered numerous Pillars with there teamwork alone. And when Nezuko, Tanjiro, and Genya faced them it proved to be more harder than just a single Pillar, with that no other choice but Sekido to do what it is neccessary to win he forced all of the clones into him taking full control of there Powers and turning the tables and proving why Zohakuthen is Upper Moon 4.
true... if it weren't for tanjiro's sense of smell in the first place, and his hinokami kagura, they prob wouldn't stand a chance. that's prob whats so special with tanjiro, kanao, inosuke and zenitsu. all four have very keen senses to help them in battle. (didn't include taste coz that's basically genya eating demons 💀)

Tbh, I feel like the 4 clones are so uncoordinated, cocky, overconfident and just don't work well together, but it's the fact they all just throw their attacks out in succession that makes them powerful
Gyoko is def everyone’s least favorite lol. For some reason I did like Hantengu, he was basically probably the most difficult demon to defeat when it comes to confusion, I mean there was simply no way to kill him especially when you have the split personality demons in the way ESPECIALLY THE BADASS ZOHAKUTEN.
I don’t think any hashira could defeat him because they have to find the head and that’s no easy feat, not to mention once he does get serious you have to deal with him and the missing guy
@@ShinobuFanXoxox I think top 3-4 hashiras can sense his real body and will advance to chase it while avoiding the attacks of zohakuten. It seems impossible until someone really powerful does it with ease. Just my opinion tho

this is my ranking by what they show in anime and manga 1 kokushibou 2 douma 3 akaza so that there is almost no pillar stronger than him especially when he can regrow his head 4 gyomei 5 sanemi 6 obanai I'm a bit confused because some people say giyuu is stronger but in the battle with muzan, obanai is the most aggressive player who contributed a lot of effort to killing muzan even he can turn his tongue the sword turns red and the infinity world can even almost cut off muzan's head 7 giyuu to say, giyuu is the one with the best durability among the pillars who has tanked a lot of attacks and can still fight and is recognized by akaza as the strongest water pillar he has ever met 8 hantengu 9 muichiro to say, muichiro performed quite well when he was able to defeat the gyokko because by himself if he had more time to develop he could be one of the strongest pillars but I don't think he If he can kill a hantengu with his own hands, he's at least stronger than his clones 10 nakime although nakime is not too strong, but her blood demon art is one of the extremely powerful blood demon art that can control the entire castle of infinity this blood demon art is extremely annoying even obanai and mitsuri also can't reach nakime 11 mitsuri through her performance I think she is much stronger than rengoku especially when she has slayer mark which makes her strength speed increase significantly can hold hantengu until morning help Tanjiro and his comrades are able to destroy the real Hantengu even in battle with muzan she is strong enough to break muzan's arm. 12 rengoku he is very strong when no one has a slayer mark but later on because there are more pillars with more slayer mark red blade and see thought world, so he is gradually weaker than them but in conclusion, he is still a strong pillar that can hold akaza until sunrise 13 kanae although we don't have too much information about kanae but she is an extremely strong pillar that even rose to the top of the pillar earlier than Shinobu even though they both belong to the slayer corp even she is strong enough to have can hold douma until sunrise even though it's true that douma isn't serious but he himself is upper moon 2 so the power is still too overwhelming even in one scene we can notice that kanae's katana is broken easily a pillar can't be broken within minutes unless this battle lasts more than a few hours I don't know how long but at least much longer than Shinobu kanao and inosuke even douma said Shinobu seems less talented than kanae 14 gyokko although many people think that gyotaro is stronger than gyokko but we should also know that gyokko had to fight with muichiro which activated the slayer mark so we can't say he is weaker than gyotaro the cause of gyokko's death is also because he is too subjective he was able to kill muichiro in the first place, but due to distraction and underestimating his opponent, it led to an unexpected death. 15 gyotaro according to muzan gyotaro can be stronger but because daki is his weak point gyotaro could have won but because of his subjectivity it led to his defeat 16 Shinobu personally I rate Shinobu a bit higher than uzui Giyu>>>obanai giyu had a previous battle plus he was the first one to fight muzan and obanai for most of the time had the role of protecting gyomei he literly mentions it and giyu also fought dkt and was the one who contributed the most despite having only 1 arm also obanai himself admits that he has contributed the least out of everyone along with mitsuri that's before muzan knocked all the hashira but still giyu was fighting with a broken sword when he said that.
Don't get me wrong i love tengen as I would even go as far as to call him my favorite character, but he doesn't do this. His wives go on missions alone or with eachother not really with tengen and when one of those goes wrong and tengen comes to rescue them, tanjiro at some point has to step in to save one of his wives. If not for him she would have died.
Obanai should be Lower than Sanemi the fact why he was able to be more effevtive in battle against Muzan is because both Iguro and Mitsuri didn't fight so there power isn't really used that much against Nakime. Overall Obanai is in full condition when He fought Muzan unlike Sanemi, Giyu, and Gyomei who had barely won there previous battles wile being Exhaustion and bleeding with there injuries they aren't in there best shape while fighting Muzan.
Thank you! Most people place Sanemi as the second strongest Hashira because he likely is. We saw what UM1 did to Muichiro, the fact Sanemi lived through that fight with the only other person to do so being Gyomei, is hugely impressive. Also, I think people over hype Obanai.
@@demongawl Bro, Obanai literally fought Muzan as he was dying, being totally blind, only having Yushiro's talisman to help him see. He also was able to tap into the Transparent World AND turn his blade red which Sanemi did neither of the two. I do think overall, Sanemi is a better swordsman and stronger than Iguro but the fact that Iguro was able to achieve feats that only Tanjiro, Gyomei and Muichiro were able to do shows he deserves hype and recognition.

In fact Muzan said it during Obanai reentering the fight and that they shouldn’t be a problem for him. Before Muzan started weakening Obanai wasn’t fairing any better then the other Hashira. He was also struggling with UM4 replacement. As for the transparent world, he tapped into it for like a second. He definitely doesn’t deserve the overhype fans give him. He didn’t do anything alone and didn’t have to fight an Upper Moon before Muzan like the rest of them did.
Hantengu is literally wiping the floor with Rengoku LMFAO even with a mark I don’t see how rengoku kills his main body while fighting off endless dragon heads.. I don’t even know how Hantengu isn’t higher up on this list????? He literally died because of plot armor 😂😂😂😂 no hashira could’ve solo’ed him in the current generation.. not even the stone pillar
I personally think Nakime could solo pretty much everyone, let me explain: if it’s a demon, she could just teleport them in the desert, or somewhere sunny; if it’s a human, even easier, she could teleport them underwater, so I think she has one of the most overpowered kekkijutsu of the series. I also think Gyomei beats Akaza, and is pretty much same as Douma, if not more powerful.
I agree that Nakime could solo everyone if she used her bda correctly. Gyomei wouldn't beat Akaza and Douma tho. Akaza's compass needle increases his reaction speed and allows him to "autotarget" the weak spots of his targets. Basically, even if Gyomei is stronger overall, Akaza's compass would give him the advantage over Gyomei. Douma's blood art is a hard counter to all slayers. - Ice shards make it hard for people to use breathing techniques - cold air lowers body temperature which prevents people from using the slayer mark - no slayer mark = no see through world Douma would basically be fighting base form Gyomei.
Akaza's compas needle gives him a prediction of the oppenent's attack based on their fighting spirit, which is really troublesome for anyone but tanjiro in this scenario. Gyomei doesn't have access to the transparent world and Didn't achieve the selfless state which means akaza can just read him like a book pretty easily. Douma is just wayy too fast and his DBA is too hard to handle for gyomei. Gyomei wouldn't be able to sense Douma coming before getting verbally abused by Douma. Only reason Douma lost, he got 150 gallons of poison in his veins.

Rengoku should've been placed below Gyokko since he never awakened the mark I think Mitsuri surpassed him when she awakened her mark (also I'd say that Sanemi is definitely above Obanai and Muichiro and Giyu are debatable all three are interchangeable since Obanai only has the Muzan feats Muichiro solod Gyokko but couldn't do anything except kamikaze during the Kokushibo fight and Giyu held his own against Akaza and performed okayish against Muzan)
When you think about it the only reason obanai had “feats” against Muzan was because unlike giyu the battle he had before was against literal dirt + he had help in that fight with Mitsuri

Mitsuri is automatically stronger than Rengoku since she unlocked the mark and Hantengu is practically impossible to beat in a 1vs1 for a Hashira besides Gyomei, Sanemi and Shinobu imo (Shinobu would poison his main body since she is not able to cut his neck and that would kill him because the main body is weak) so i would rank him higher. Shinobu still can’t find the main body. And Hantengu’s body still has the durability and the resistance Upper Moon 4 would have. Shinobu’s poison wouldn’t kill any Upper Moon.

When he said this, the year was 1915, the time range kokushibo was talking about was about 1615 which is in the Edo Era. The Edo era is right after the Sengoku Era which was classed as the "Golden Age for Slayers", not to mention that 1615 is closer to the end of the Sengoku Era than the End of the Edo Era. The Hashira at the time were much stronger than the current era of Hashiras, BUT. Only Gyomei can be compared with the hashira from the Sengoku era, showing just how strong he is. Gyomei is definitely ranked above akaza.

Obanai may have been less tired but he hadn’t awakened his mark for a decent amount of the fight and he fought Muzan in base for a long time. Giyu did worse against Akaza while getting carried by Tanjiro. Obanai is stronger than Giyu and it is pretty close but it’s not like extreme diff. Obanai wins high diff. Giyu is not 3.

I think that this was a great ranking video although it would’ve been cool to see Tanjiro and dkt and Muzan and Yoriichi on this list as well even though those are probably the top three most overpowered character is in the whole series. It’s still would’ve been cool to see where those top three most OP characters would’ve scaled against each other in a ranking.
Correction * Rui didn't really care about rising the ranks , he could've been lower 1 or 2 if he wanted and the author said if he didn't spilt his power he could've been a good fight for every hashira also I'd say he is stronger than daki as he survived longer against a stronger hashira
@@kicker8536 in terms of running speed, Uzui was the fastest, but In terms of attack/technique speed goes to Kocho. The other hashia have stated on how quick and strong her thrusting attacks were, with the strength being able to shatter a large boulder.
Honestly, on what the other hashira have said about Kanae, and what is known about her, i feel like she would be placed higher than Rengoku(jr) because of them both having gone toe to toe with upper 3 & 2 respectively, but Kanae held off Doma till sunrise, while rengoku did the same with akaza. From the scenes we have seen from the both of them even if they were flashbacks for Kanae, she took minimal damage until the one fatal blow, while Rengoku took countless injuries and they both kept them until sunrise. They are both extremely powerful hashira in their own sense though. Small random thing as well: Since kocho injested large amounts of wisteria poison, would she have a resistance/complete immunity to demon poisons? (i'd like to hear other people's opinions!)
Douma was playing around that entire fight. Legit almost all the Upper Moons only died because they got overly confident in their abilities after slaying so many Hashira in the past. It took a joint effort from Shinobu, Kanao, and Inosuke (3 Hashira/Hashira level slayers) to ultimately defeat UM2 (

I also believe that as a human Kokushibo ( Mitchicatsu as a human) with his demonslayer mark, transparent world and 2nd strongest breathing style ( Moon Breathing ) and being known as the second strongest under Yorichi in his generation probably means as a human he was ether tied or just higher than Gyomei. Definetly not lower as when fighting Sanemi he was compared to the 1st Wind Hashira which he would be above with the reasoning stated above.

You made a mistake in the video. Daki killed 7 hashira while Gyutaro killed 15. We don't know about how many hashira Gyokko killed. Also Rengoku should be lower.
Shinobu is so downplayed lol Gyutaro fell to a simple kunai and Douma went to his knees not to mention she could keep up with him. Her physical strenght is low but not as fragile as people think
Im trying to understand WHY Muichiro is stronger than Mitsuri since he wasn't able to battle Gyokko without the mark and only won because Gyokko literally underestimated him and that's why he lose the battle. Mitsuri on the other hand she literally almost cut Zoha's head in her first attempt even though she didn't know his powers if he wasn't a demon with different bodys she would won the battle right in her first strike and WITHOUT the mark.
How was holding back Mitsuri nearly able to cut Zohakutens head yet serious Mitsuri couldn't seems a bit weird to me almost as if Upper 4 wanted her to get close.

Rui was probably the strongest lower moon. Given the fact he didn’t care about moving up and the fact that he shared his blood with numerous other demons he could’ve actually been the strongest lower moon.

The only reason that Giyu could take him out so quickly is because he was worn out by tanjiro and also he shared a lot of his blood with his demon family, as in enmus case he died from tanjiro and inosuke very quickly.
No Enmu is stronger cuz it will take the people a while to figure out how to kill him and how to wake up from the dream so while they are struggling Enmu can just send a lot of tentacles at them

A note: gyutaro was held back MENTALLY by daki not in power. The mangaka already said gyokko is stronger in every way than gyutaro and daki. Muzan himself says “he would’ve poisoned them and finished it right away!” After saying she was holding him back. Meaning in mentality. Which is obviously shown by his actions.
Something I love about gyomei is before he became a demon slayer the first time he saw a demon it killed all the orphans he was looking after and then he just threw hands with it until sunrise

Mitsuri is above rengoku. Akaza wasnt going all out against rengoku as he wanted him to become a demon and didnt want his talent to go to waste, Akaza didnt even use half of the techniques he had. Mitsuri in swordsmith village has better feats.

Well, Uzui did lose an arm against Gyutaro. Which probably wouldn't have happened if he wasn't poisoned. They were really good at limiting Uzui because of this. I still think he could have destroyed Gyutaro and Daki with some help from Tanjiro and team. But I think losing an arm would be enough to seek retirement. lol.
Douma was right that Akaza would never win against him because Douma has the craziest blood demon art after muzan, he is a master at both close and long range combat, he also can regenerate his head like akaza but he could not and he lost just because he loves to toy with and eat women and hence fell into shinobu's trap. Douma will fight normally if he fights male hashiras or even other female hashiras like mitsuri

Whether he was poisoned or not. There’s no confirmed fact saying Doma can regrow his head. He got a higher rank that Akaza because Akaza complained to Muzan about how unpleasant and irritating Doma was. Hence Muzan putting Doma ahead of Akaza.

The list is alright, Rengoku is def weaker than Mitsuri and it’s obvious that he is weaker than hantengu, Mitsuri was holding back full power hantengu only with help of her mark, and Rengoku died from 3 Akaza’s attacks while Akaza was playing with him, so Mitsuri and Hantengu are def stronger than him

I honestly think hantengu is weaker than mitsuri. It wasnt his power but how tricky he was that got in the way. Id also flip gyu and muchiru. Overall great video, keep it up.
I used to underrate Rengoku but tbh judging by how he was treated by the other pillars, he was probably up there alongside Sanemi and Tokito. If he had awakened his mark, I still don’t think he would solo Akaza, but he might have survived the fight and gone on to severely assist the slayers in the final confrontation against the remaining upper moons and Muzan.
Ive went back and read the manga a few times. I started to pay attention to the fight with Akaza. And what Tanjiro tapped into during his fight with Daki. Plus how Muzan described Yurichi along with various instances I can’t remember off top. Rengoku was close to actually tapping into the Supreme state. A state that Akaza was trying to reach himself. Which is supposed to be the ultimate state of a swordsman and martial artist. I think Rengoku with a Mark would’ve had him tap into that state. Which would have beaten Akaza at that point or at least forced him to flee sooner. Reason being is because though the story paints other Hashira and Tanjiro as prodigies. In undertones, Rengoku was painted in such a way that imo says he would’ve been easily the strongest Hashira. Closer to Yurichi without actually having the 1st form far as strength. Like that guy that was crazy good in sports but never made it!
Great video as always Though there are a few things i would change 1) Rengoku is too high, I'd put him below MItsuri 2) Hantengu is hard to place due to his BDA, I think he could be a lot higher since he died to plot armor 3) Mui and Giyu are interchangeable 4) Sanemi def above Obanai 5) Gyomei and Akaza are a topic I won't even touch with a 20 foot poll (debate among yourselves on that one)

Never understood why some people say Rengoku was one of the weakest Hashira for his time. Obviously I’m biased because he’s clearly my favorite character but based on how the other Hashira viewed him, I always got the picture that he was seen as one of their strongest members which is why his death shocked them all. Even characters like Obani who have real no so soft spot for anyone besides Mitsuri views Rengoku in a positive light and refused to believe he could be killed. Now Rengoku obviously isn’t the strongest (it’s clearly Gyomei) but I always thought he was up there. If you view his feats, he defeated a demon soon to become a Lower Moon when he became a demon slayer and he ultimately eliminated Lower Moon 2 and he wasn’t even a Hashira at that point. And he’s ultimately defeated by Upper Moon 3, where he’s fighting by himself right aftee helping kill Lower Moon 1. Most of the Upper Moons are defeated by a joint effort and lots of luck.
Indeed, rengoku just keeps getting compared now with marked hashira. Without the mark i would easily put him after gyoumei and sanemi. He was tge reason all of them began training harder and akaza himself is an extrememy OP character. Still not going 100% against giyu and tanjiro. Also he himself respected rengoku at first glance cause he sees peoples battle spirit and almost got killed by the goat in a 1v1

The difference between marked and unmarked pillars is ENORMOUS so Mitsuri definitely has to be MUCH stronger than Rengoku. I'd also put her above Muichiro based on their performances in the swordsmith village.

The reason of Kyojuro's loss was because he fought alone, as much as people love to categorize "who's stonger... this and that", every upper ranks and muzan's defeat were because they worked together, even Muichiro'svictory because of Tanjiro indeliberately triggered his mark and memories. No one is as strong as Yoriichi, not even Tanjiro or Gyomei. To defeat Muzan literally was a joint and combined effort of demon slayers, breathing styles legacy by Yoriichi, knowledge of medecin and the Sun. --- it's always about team effort and togetherness.

What I like about Zouhakuthen is that he is not only tye full power of upper 4 but his Transpformation is a limit breaker. For years the 4 Clones had overpowered numerous Pillars with there teamwork alone. And when Nezuko, Tanjiro, and Genya faced them it proved to be more harder than just a single Pillar, with that no other choice but Sekido to do what it is neccessary to win he forced all of the clones into him taking full control of there Powers and turning the tables and proving why Zohakuthen is Upper Moon 4.
true... if it weren't for tanjiro's sense of smell in the first place, and his hinokami kagura, they prob wouldn't stand a chance. that's prob whats so special with tanjiro, kanao, inosuke and zenitsu. all four have very keen senses to help them in battle. (didn't include taste coz that's basically genya eating demons 💀)

Gyoko is def everyone’s least favorite lol. For some reason I did like Hantengu, he was basically probably the most difficult demon to defeat when it comes to confusion, I mean there was simply no way to kill him especially when you have the split personality demons in the way ESPECIALLY THE BADASS ZOHAKUTEN.
I don’t think any hashira could defeat him because they have to find the head and that’s no easy feat, not to mention once he does get serious you have to deal with him and the missing guy

7 giyuu to say, giyuu is the one with the best durability among the pillars who has tanked a lot of attacks and can still fight and is recognized by akaza as the strongest water pillar he has ever met

Don't get me wrong i love tengen as I would even go as far as to call him my favorite character, but he doesn't do this. His wives go on missions alone or with eachother not really with tengen and when one of those goes wrong and tengen comes to rescue them, tanjiro at some point has to step in to save one of his wives. If not for him she would have died.
Obanai should be Lower than Sanemi the fact why he was able to be more effevtive in battle against Muzan is because both Iguro and Mitsuri didn't fight so there power isn't really used that much against Nakime. Overall Obanai is in full condition when He fought Muzan unlike Sanemi, Giyu, and Gyomei who had barely won there previous battles wile being Exhaustion and bleeding with there injuries they aren't in there best shape while fighting Muzan.
Thank you! Most people place Sanemi as the second strongest Hashira because he likely is. We saw what UM1 did to Muichiro, the fact Sanemi lived through that fight with the only other person to do so being Gyomei, is hugely impressive. Also, I think people over hype Obanai.

He also was able to tap into the Transparent World AND turn his blade red which Sanemi did neither of the two. I do think overall, Sanemi is a better swordsman and stronger than Iguro but the fact that Iguro was able to achieve feats that only Tanjiro, Gyomei and Muichiro were able to do shows he deserves hype and recognition.

He was also struggling with UM4 replacement. As for the transparent world, he tapped into it for like a second. He definitely doesn’t deserve the overhype fans give him. He didn’t do anything alone and didn’t have to fight an Upper Moon before Muzan like the rest of them did.

I personally think Nakime could solo pretty much everyone, let me explain: if it’s a demon, she could just teleport them in the desert, or somewhere sunny; if it’s a human, even easier, she could teleport them underwater, so I think she has one of the most overpowered kekkijutsu of the series.
I also think Gyomei beats Akaza, and is pretty much same as Douma, if not more powerful.

Akaza's compass needle increases his reaction speed and allows him to "autotarget" the weak spots of his targets. Basically, even if Gyomei is stronger overall, Akaza's compass would give him the advantage over Gyomei.
Douma's blood art is a hard counter to all slayers.
- Ice shards make it hard for people to use breathing techniques
- cold air lowers body temperature which prevents people from using the slayer mark
- no slayer mark = no see through world
Douma would basically be fighting base form Gyomei.
Akaza's compas needle gives him a prediction of the oppenent's attack based on their fighting spirit, which is really troublesome for anyone but tanjiro in this scenario.
Gyomei doesn't have access to the transparent world and Didn't achieve the selfless state which means akaza can just read him like a book pretty easily.
Douma is just wayy too fast and his DBA is too hard to handle for gyomei. Gyomei wouldn't be able to sense Douma coming before getting verbally abused by Douma. Only reason Douma lost, he got 150 gallons of poison in his veins.

Rengoku should've been placed below Gyokko since he never awakened the mark I think Mitsuri surpassed him when she awakened her mark (also I'd say that Sanemi is definitely above Obanai and Muichiro and Giyu are debatable all three are interchangeable since Obanai only has the Muzan feats Muichiro solod Gyokko but couldn't do anything except kamikaze during the Kokushibo fight and Giyu held his own against Akaza and performed okayish against Muzan)
When you think about it the only reason obanai had “feats” against Muzan was because unlike giyu the battle he had before was against literal dirt + he had help in that fight with Mitsuri

It's important to remember that Kokushibo mentioned that Gyomei was the strongest fighter he'd seen for the past 300 years.
When he said this, the year was 1915, the time range kokushibo was talking about was about 1615 which is in the Edo Era.
The Edo era is right after the Sengoku Era which was classed as the "Golden Age for Slayers", not to mention that 1615 is closer to the end of the Sengoku Era than the End of the Edo Era.
The Hashira at the time were much stronger than the current era of Hashiras, BUT. Only Gyomei can be compared with the hashira from the Sengoku era, showing just how strong he is.

Honestly, on what the other hashira have said about Kanae, and what is known about her, i feel like she would be placed higher than Rengoku(jr) because of them both having gone toe to toe with upper 3 & 2 respectively, but Kanae held off Doma till sunrise, while rengoku did the same with akaza. From the scenes we have seen from the both of them even if they were flashbacks for Kanae, she took minimal damage until the one fatal blow, while Rengoku took countless injuries and they both kept them until sunrise. They are both extremely powerful hashira in their own sense though. Small random thing as well: Since kocho injested large amounts of wisteria poison, would she have a resistance/complete immunity to demon poisons? (i'd like to hear other people's opinions!)

I also believe that as a human Kokushibo ( Mitchicatsu as a human) with his demonslayer mark, transparent world and 2nd strongest breathing style ( Moon Breathing ) and being known as the second strongest under Yorichi in his generation probably means as a human he was ether tied or just higher than Gyomei. You made a mistake in the video. Daki killed 7 hashira while Gyutaro killed 15. We don't know about how many hashira Gyokko killed. Also Rengoku should be lower.

Im trying to understand WHY Muichiro is stronger than Mitsuri since he wasn't able to battle Gyokko without the mark and only won because Gyokko literally underestimated him and that's why he lose the battle. Mitsuri on the other hand she literally almost cut Zoha's head in her first attempt even though she didn't know his powers if he wasn't a demon with different bodys she would won the battle right in her first strike and WITHOUT the mark.

Im actually pretty sure that even though Rui was lower 5 he was actually stronger than enmu who was lower rank 1. The only reason that Giyu could take him out so quickly is because he was worn out by tanjiro and also he shared a lot of his blood with his demon family, as in enmus case he died from tanjiro and inosuke very quickly.
No Enmu is stronger cuz it will take the people a while to figure out how to kill him and how to wake up from the dream so while they are struggling Enmu can just send a lot of tentacles at them

Considering how Giyu faired against Akaza and how he was able to defend himself with only half a sword against muzan at his strongest compared to the rest of the fight including DKT. I would say he’s only below Gyomei and Sanemi of the hashiras
and obanai since he was definitely needed in the Muzan fight

Mitsuri is above rengoku. Akaza wasnt going all out against rengoku as he wanted him to become a demon and didnt want his talent to go to waste, Akaza didnt even use half of the techniques he had. Mitsuri in swordsmith village has better feats.
rui was originally supposed to be ranked wayyy higher he is, prob not a upper moon but at least lower 3 or 4, but he didn’t care about the stupid rank number thing, btw if he didn’t blood donation to family he probs would’ve been at least lower 2 or 1.but he didn’t care.
Well, Uzui did lose an arm against Gyutaro. Which probably wouldn't have happened if he wasn't poisoned. They were really good at limiting Uzui because of this. I still think he could have destroyed Gyutaro and Daki with some help from Tanjiro and team. But I think losing an arm would be enough to seek retirement. lol.

Douma was right that Akaza would never win against him because Douma has the craziest blood demon art after muzan, he is a master at both close and long range combat, he also can regenerate his head like akaza but he could not and he lost just because he loves to toy with and eat women and hence fell into shinobu's trap. Douma will fight normally if he fights male hashiras or even other female hashiras like mitsuri
Remember he got serious whwn kanao insulted him..i agreed that akaza wont defeat doma, also because akaza strenght got increase according to whom he fight with, we knew that doma is always toying around and never serious, but rengoku's fighting spirit is something that akaza was attracted to and got him real excited.. Akaza would never touch doma as he is really good in long range combat. Agreed on that.
Whether he was poisoned or not. There’s no confirmed fact saying Doma can regrow his head. He got a higher rank that Akaza because Akaza complained to Muzan about how unpleasant and irritating Doma was. Hence Muzan putting Doma ahead of Akaza.
@@masen0417 what kind of explanation is that supposed to be? This was never stated in the manga. He ranked up too fast just because of his incredable blood demon art and him eating mire number of people using his cult leader position. And also it is heavily implied in the manga that if he is not poisoned or if he fought a male hashira he will wipe the floor with them and even regenerate his head, if upper 3 and 1 can do it then why won't 2 do it?
@@pratheekkamatam4102 If douma was serious from the start the series would be over even koku if wasnt toying around trying to learn mui and the others power and didnt have a complex to his brother which hindered him from using his full demon power potential he would have won. The ending was rushed and certain plot points stop making any sense so we can conclude the story but ultimately the series was still good.

I hope we can see a spin off “what if” scenario where rengoku survives long enough to manifest the mark. Flame breathing is such a visually stunning style, I wish we could’ve seen more fights with it
Rengoku actually couldn’t master the same as shinjuro! Rengoku was strong but was not learn to use flame breathing he had to use the book but he was close enough to use it and kept training to his physical strength not his breath but he almost! ❤

The list is alright, Rengoku is def weaker than Mitsuri and it’s obvious that he is weaker than hantengu, Mitsuri was holding back full power hantengu only with help of her mark, and Rengoku died from 3 Akaza’s attacks while Akaza was playing with him, so Mitsuri and Hantengu are def stronger than him
Also the fact that you put Sanemi and Giyu below Obanai is actually crucial, Giyu is debatable but Sanemi is def stronger than Obanai

I honestly think hantengu is weaker than mitsuri. It wasnt his power but how tricky he was that got in the way. Id also flip gyu and muchiru. Overall great video, keep it up.
I used to underrate Rengoku but tbh judging by how he was treated by the other pillars, he was probably up there alongside Sanemi and Tokito. If he had awakened his mark, I still don’t think he would solo Akaza, but he might have survived the fight and gone on to severely assist the slayers in the final confrontation against the remaining upper moons and Muzan.
Ive went back and read the manga a few times. I started to pay attention to the fight with Akaza. And what Tanjiro tapped into during his fight with Daki. Plus how Muzan described Yurichi along with various instances I can’t remember off top.
Rengoku was close to actually tapping into the Supreme state. A state that Akaza was trying to reach himself. Which is supposed to be the ultimate state of a swordsman and martial artist.
I think Rengoku with a Mark would’ve had him tap into that state. Which would have beaten Akaza at that point or at least forced him to flee sooner.
Reason being is because though the story paints other Hashira and Tanjiro as prodigies. In undertones, Rengoku was painted in such a way that imo says he would’ve been easily the strongest Hashira.
Closer to Yurichi without actually having the 1st form far as strength.
Like that guy that was crazy good in sports but never made it!

1) Rengoku is too high, I'd put him below MItsuri
2) Hantengu is hard to place due to his BDA, I think he could be a lot higher since he died to plot armor
3) Mui and Giyu are interchangeable
4) Sanemi def above Obanai
5) Gyomei and Akaza are a topic I won't even touch with a 20 foot poll (debate among yourselves on that one)
No mui is not interchangeable with giyuu since he has more experience

rui was actually one of muzan's favorites he was actually stronger than enmu the only reason he lost was due to sharing his power among his family.

Never understood why some people say Rengoku was one of the weakest Hashira for his time. Obviously I’m biased because he’s clearly my favorite character but based on how the other Hashira viewed him, I always got the picture that he was seen as one of their strongest members which is why his death shocked them all. Even characters like Obani who have real no so soft spot for anyone besides Mitsuri views Rengoku in a positive light and refused to believe he could be killed. Now Rengoku obviously isn’t the strongest (it’s clearly Gyomei) but I always thought he was up there. If you view his feats, he defeated a demon soon to become a Lower Moon when he became a demon slayer and he ultimately eliminated Lower Moon 2 and he wasn’t even a Hashira at that point. And he’s ultimately defeated by Upper Moon 3, where he’s fighting by himself right aftee helping kill Lower Moon 1. Most of the Upper Moons are defeated by a joint effort and lots of luck.
Indeed, rengoku just keeps getting compared now with marked hashira. Without the mark i would easily put him after gyoumei and sanemi. He was tge reason all of them began training harder and akaza himself is an extrememy OP character. Still not going 100% against giyu and tanjiro. Also he himself respected rengoku at first glance cause he sees peoples battle spirit and almost got killed by the goat in a 1v1

The difference between marked and unmarked pillars is ENORMOUS so Mitsuri definitely has to be MUCH stronger than Rengoku. I'd also put her above Muichiro based on their performances in the swordsmith village.

this isnt based on the swordsmith village. its overall and muichiro perofrmance with see through world against kokushibou. puts him wayyy above mitsuri

It's powerful, but Muichiro is only able to use it for about a second. Even if we say that puts him above Mitsuri (which I'm personally unsure about) for that single second, it wouldn't put him over her overall imo.

try to analyze, tengen was poisoned and without mark. In the battle guys holding him back and he must save them. During his poisoned body he can't switch in to offense mode, his body trying to overcome poison, so he was weakened hardly. THEN he lost his arm THEN he jumping in, overcome poison, unlocking MST, goes berserk without mark, hand, with his dualwield giant twinsords, SWINGING LIKE NUNCHAK, and disabled gyutaro in the air, for tanjiro. Man just amazing. If he got all the mark, red blade buffs he would be probably 3-4 hashira in the list

He saved tanjiro like 5 times and he was the one engaging primarily in the fight with Akaza while Tanjiro was daydreaming about his father and the selfless state. Yea tanjiro landed the final blow on Akaza but giyu did majority of the heavy lifting and the saving. He was also the first one to engage a stronger Muzan with his broken sword and faired decently considering he had just fought Akaza. Obanai even admitted while fighting muzan that he’s the only one that hasn’t done anything so far and he was still at full health and energy while the rest of them had just been fighting for their lives
Why is Obanai over Sanemi? It was literally confirmed by Kokushibo and later Muzan that Gyomei and Sanemi were the strongest of the hashira.
