Jamie, the bolts in the rear fenders, have: a lock washer, fender washer then go in from the underside as you have them in the video. The inner fender wells originally had captive nuts so no additional nuts were used. looks like somewhere along the way they were removed from your inner fender wells so nuts and lockwashers on that side would be needed. The inner lockwasher would replace the original one under the head of the bolt. Press on... looking good. I am just now hanging my rear fenders although my TD is already painted. I Philip from Malta restoring an MGTF 1954 similar to TD enjoying waching your videos
Glad to here youre enjoying the videos. There is a lot that is the same between the TD and the TF so you should get something out of them

Thanks Neil for the confirmation with the bolts. I will place the lock washers when I do the final fit up.
Would like to see some of your TD photos
Nice progress. Looking forward to the next one!
Thanks
Nice job👍🏼
Thanks Murray
You're going to remove them before painting and piping I assume?
Definitely, I’m just working on the fitment of the panels before I get ready for painting
