I just swapped out batteries in my Dremel Stylus a few weeks. A local auction place always has laptop batteries that sell for almost nothing so I stockpile them and break them apart for the cells. I've gotten dozens of 18650s for only a couple bucks total. They are the identical 18650 3.6v rechargable cells in the dremel (and a lot of things).
