    Such a wonderful example of facilitating learning vs. "spoon-feeding" instruction. BER does it again! Great examples.

    We must respect each other! We know the teacher is in charge, but respect and honesty cannot go out the window. Many of us are not certified teachers, because we do not want the 100% responsibility of the classroom, but prefer to help small groups. We are adult, so not scream at us in front of the children, or when we are alone. We must not run with lies to the principal, for the lies will bite you back.We should model the best behavior.

    Support students, be excepting to students get familiar with their strengths and weakness. High expectations, video has a lot of information
