This video makes it look easy. There are times when children have obstinate defiant behaviors and you have to be able to deal with that. You also can never lose your temper and never touch the child. So you have to handle all of it by how you use your words and your body language. Takes a lot of skill.

In my district this would be a one on one position. So one para one child. I’m considered a base para which means I help all students. She is very sweet and professional. I like my job also. I’ve been doing it many years. I would say as long as you can be patient and flexible, you can make a difference in students’ lives. Teachers depend on us to be their right hand. It can be very challenging but also rewarding

I start working as a paraeducator at a middle school on Monday 10/18/2021. My assignment isn’t going to be one on one with a student , but for a group within a classroom. I’m excited and looking forward to meeting all the students and teachers.

And as I can say about these kids I think they have a better education than I do And this is come from the kindness of the bottom of my heart that's where I feel they get in the better education I have got It just seems something that could actually be a gift for me what I did for a much older kid today he was 29 and I was shocked when he was told me he was 29 years old all he wanted was a friend that gave him a fist bump he actually would have acted acted after the fist bump like a little kid would thouwhat kind of wood the explosion I was in the emergency room and I want this to know I can actually benefit from this myself if I could at least be a pile of A kid's wife who really needs someone other than family maybe just a big buddy😇🥰🤑🥰
