    Nice vid. What was that alignment trick for the solar panels? I caught North/South line, and something to do with the galaxy in the background.

      You want to be perpendicular to Kerbin's orbital plane. In orbit view, that direction is straight up and down on the screen regardless of the camera orientation. On the navball, that direction will also always be on the north/south circle, or if you like along a heading of 0 or 180 degree. The direction also happens to be perpendicular to the galactic nebula (the "Milky Way"). I find the easiest way to get the direction is to follow the north/south circle on the navball until the vessel is straight up on the screen or, if you prefer, perpendicular to the galactic nebula.
