It’s actually a disgrace from EA that they have released the game like this. Many people have paid over £70/€/$ and can’t launch the game at all. Refunds should be offered

**Update** I’ve been able to play the game after messing on the with the secure boot setting and launching in admin mode on the origin account. Game runs fine. Downloaded the latest squad and they’ve managed to balls up real world player faces…. Classic EA games.
I have tried this solution over and over and the game simply refuses to boot. Anti cheat has been installed un installed and re installed over and over and over and over and it just doesn't work.
please if you managed to solve it tell me cause i'm facing the same issue.. i think the problem is that secure boot thing cause when i checked my system information i've found that my Secure boot state is unsupported, if you can please check your system information by going to run by windows + R and type msinfo32 and check your Secure boot state and tell me what it says

You have to update your video card bios(vbios), i m not very good at explaining how to, but it s easy and you can find instructions on youtube, google on how to do that, i have an rx580 8gb and an aorus elite v2 and i wasn t able to disable csm without blackscreen but after i uodated the vbios i was able to successfully disable csm and enable secure boot. Hope this will help
For singleplayer EA games with problems I just install a crack and everything works fine xD I had an issue on Mirrors Edge by myself and was going crazy why it won‘t work, at least I said „Fuck it I‘ll do it on the good old classic way by installing a crack“ boom no problems anymore… shame on u EA. Many friends comming to me „yo I have a problem with bla bla game what should I do?!“… it‘s the 3rd game now someone wanted my help by fixing a GAME (a fucking GAME u know what I mean?! normally people need my help on other issues on PC and not for a game) and all 3 games = from EA. What is wrong with u guys?? I work as an IT-Systems administrator and NEVER saw in my entire career errors on windows like caused ones from EA games... Tired already of fixing your shit for my friends EA. That Fifa one was easy. No idea why Mirrors Edge wont work but a crack fixed it easy too as I said before but The Sims was pain in ass dude.... And it was for a Girlfriend it took me 3 or 5 fucking hours to fix that shit (don´t remember anymore) it was a bug ingame and not fixable with reinstalling or just using a crack... long story
@@augustuslxiii I already fixed that by enabling secure boot in BIOS I was afraid I cannot do it because of VeraCrypt that I have but I risked and it worked

I did the securr boot option, and now my computer wont run. It says select boot drive or insert boot ..... I did step by step and boom
