It works! The other youtuber told me to find the motherboard version and find the bios key. I couldnt find it because my laptop is a new brand. I didnt know i can go to the bios through settings. Thank you sir!

On msinfo32 it shows that Secure Boot is disabled and in Bios it shows enabled.

If problem persists re install new windows with UEFI Bootable.
