I live in NYC and just got my first EUC a few weeks ago and am getting used to riding in traffic (seems pretty overwhelming at times). But ultimately it can be a really nice alternative to the subway like you mentioned 😅

I just started doing research on EUCs recently. I'm really considering the V11 as my first EUC. I think it has the best look and design. Performance wise, it's not top notch but enough for beginners. I think the V11 and the KS S18 are the best at the $2000 mark. What's holding me back is the price is still over $2000 since 2020. I'm interested if you can do under $1900.
He's keeping the wheel, but I do definitely recommend the V11! It's great for the city if you're okay with the weight. You're right, it's a steep price though! Good luck on finding a great wheel that suits your needs :)
Noo. Tell mark to keep the wheel and the bike. Always good to have both. That bike will not be enough. @dashorts has both. I also want a bike for more exercise but i dont have space for it.
Mark keeps on doing research about the Brompton and we don't have enough storage for them all... I don't know about his EUC future 😰 You told us it was good to have both the X16 and V11 and he still sold the X16 😂
I agree with the comments about keeping the V11 as a backup. However, if it must be handed away, I'd be more than happy to purchase the used V11 from Mark to begin our conversion to EUCs (which has been...stalled....mainly...by fear....).
