Holy smokes! Look at that landscape and to be hunting sheep on top of that!!! ❤ What an absolute dream hunt. Jared made a great choice in selecting his archery tag 🏷️ Great film!!
"The hurt is validation that it mattered" makes me reflect on many hunts I've gone home open handed. Punched tag or not you always learn something along the way.
Jared is a lucky man to have so many friends and family willing to join him on this adventure no matter what the outcome was. What a great opportunity to bond with those you care about
Oh man. 😢 Edge of my seat for a lot of this film. Memory to treasure for sure, made all the better by having a beautiful film of the adventure. 28:24. Heartfelt ending ❤
Outro gave me chills. No matter the outcome while in the bush (or the desert) it’s all about experience and enjoyment with memories that will last a life time.
This has to be probably the best hunt I have seen in a very long time. The story is what pulled me in, not the thought of a big Ram being shot. It’s always about the adventure with people who matter most and the amazing memories that you can create and share. Thank you and I hope I can turn my story into 1/2 of what you did.
Came here to support the Kryptek brand, stayed for the content. Love the vide, audio and soundtrack. All of it was great, now I’m subscribed. I liked the video and now I’m set to get notifications when your videos appear. Great job, it’s official you got a new fan.
I drew a once in a lifetime tag here in Oregon for the rocky Mtn Goat, and like you wanted to get one with a bow, but the opportunity didn't present it. But, yes I was successful and a video, but more than that I got to have my Dad along me, and a fellow hunter enjoying the vista view that the Hells Canyons offer. Enjoyed your video. It isn't worth it if you fill the tag and have no one to share the experiences with. I am hoping my Dad will draw a tag, so I can have the pleasure of scouting along side him.. Great hunt.... Enjoy the outdoors...
Sweet hunt. I have some of the same feelings as I just finished a NV archery mule deer tag with the same outcome. Way to show the real deal. Appreciate it.
It’s not worth it if it’s easy. I not sure about that lol. The hard hunts make you appreciate the easier ones. The hard hunts definitely are imbedded in your brain.
“The hurt is validation that it happened!”That cuts deep like a Montana Knife! I was crossing my fingers the whole video hoping you would tag out on a big Ram! Great content as usual 👊🏻
What an awesome hunt. I commend you for going the archery route. These tags are never guaranteed, I share with you the thoughts of an opportunity now is better than sitting on the sidelines waiting and waiting for your name to never be called. Hold your head up high, you're a sheep hunter. Great film, you are a blessed man.
There are only a few things in life I'd give my left testicle for, and this man just did both of them. Congrats, brother. BAD ASS video, love the bow and gear, and as always, the content. Keep it coming and I'll keep dreaming.
It's always cool to see a video where the hunter is unsuccessful, just like 75% of my hunts. So much more relatable than someone going in and having 5 minutes of video shooting a 370 class bull.
Incredible video! Such an epic hunting adventure notched tag or not. I’m still 22 years and counting waiting for my sheep tag. I can only hope for memories as good as the ones in this film. 🍻
Came to the comment section to say that little yellow plane is a Husky plane! I happen to work at the factory where they're made here in Wyoming. How cool 😂 also great content as per usual! That looked like an absolute grind.
This is the best hunting video I’ve watched in a long time. Possibly ever. What an adventure. Thanks for taking us along. I genuinely hope you get another shot.
When you hunt your guts out, you earn it. That sucks to not be successful. But to have the opportunity to go and be a part of a tag is worth the wait. I have 23pts and did not draw that unit.
@highmark_pictures always makes the camera work look easy but I see how much effort he puts into every film and it's clear that his job is way harder than mine!
One of the best videos I've ever had the privilege to watch and be entertained by! I was lucky enough to draw a Rocky Bighorn Sheep tag last year, and although it was not an archery only tag, I chose to make it such. I scouted for 24 days seeing very few sheep and 0 rams, hunted for 29 days before laying eyes on a small group of rams, and with 2 days left in my season was lucky enough to run an arrow through a 4.5 year old ram. Were there bigger sheep on the mountain, no doubt, was I thrilled and privileged to put my tag on a ram, beyond! These are the some of the most amazing creatures that walk the earth in some of the most amazing places. Watching this brought back a flood of memories from that hunt, that was far and beyond the most difficult thing I've physically done in my entire adult life! The emotions that Jerrod was feeling, are exactly what I remember feeling at the conclusion of my hunt....an appreciation for family and friends, an overwhelming sense of accomplishment, and an understanding that it'll probably never happen again, and I'm ok with just that! Congratulations Jerrod on an amazing experience that will forever be engrained in your memory! Awesome video, and I'm feeling emotional again just watching Jerrod be real!
Man I could feel the emotion of this hunt. What amazing footage and adventure. In the end its all about the blessings we have. 1. The family and friends we are fortunate enough to be with us 2. The ability to pursue game 3. Our health God is so good and His creation, amazing. Thanks for sharing the hunt. Love the suprise ending.
Jerrod Here: Literally had no clue they had planted that arrowhead until we screened the film months and months later. Hard to find good friends I guess 🙂
I reckon memories like these are some of most vivid memories a man can make in his time here, and blessed he is to share it with people he loves. The pursuit, the people and the place generate such aa vivid connection to purpose...which is what we seek, spending time in Creation. The tag holder, the team, the scene, the hunt and the edit - Top notch, from top to bottom.
Great film and experience! Hunting isn't about the killing. You have the experience that should still fill your soul. Great hunt and filming. I really loved the intro!
Hard to believe I drew my Rocky tag with 3 points and my desert with 10 points. Both hunts were as special to me and my helpers as this hunt was for you. Thanks for sharing.
Great video! Nobody can say he didn't make every effort to harvest a ram! That is still one of my dream hunts before I get to old! Thanks for sharing that with us!!
It's like hunting sheep on Mars!!!! What in the world do they eat?? Or drink?? I mean obviously they find it but it looks absolutely desolate!! Yet absolutely beautiful at the same time.
“The hurt is validation that it mattered” is something I’ll never forget. It can be applied to all difficult circumstances in our lives!
Right!!!???

@@huntinfool_official one of the best I’ve seen in quite awhile. More “raw & real.”
Outro gave me chills. No matter the outcome while in the bush (or the desert) it’s all about experience and enjoyment with memories that will last a life time.

These kind of comments sure help ease the sting of tag soup! Thanks for the support and good luck on all your hunts!
Awesome looking country! Cool hunt!
Really cool film. Respect for sticking with it until the end. This right here is what hunting is all about. Thanks for sharing. 💪🏼
Love seeing my state give tags to normal people!
Came here to support the Kryptek brand, stayed for the content. Love the vide, audio and soundtrack. All of it was great, now I’m subscribed. I liked the video and now I’m set to get notifications when your videos appear. Great job, it’s official you got a new fan.
Glad you enjoyed it! Thank you
Jerrods the type of guy you want to go hunting with
Awesome video! What was the song y’all had playing during the days passing?
amazing and powerful video. so authentic.

15:28 Snake Mesa doesn’t sound like a place I would want to go. Looking for something more along “Sheep Canyon” or something 😂
You need a Hecs suit ,face paint and use a ear muffs with headphones 🎧 to see how much noise you make while stalking.good hunting , oh and use a 30-06
Sweet hunt. I have some of the same feelings as I just finished a NV archery mule deer tag with the same outcome. Way to show the real deal. Appreciate it.
Awesome! Thanks for sharing such a cool hunt. It's hard to go away empty-handed, but the memories will remain
Thank you!

This was an amazing story told. Thank you for sharing this moment with us. The editing help tell an emotional adventure.
Thank you again
Awesome hunting vid really cool story
Definition of the most difficult type of hunting. thanks for sharing
So close! Just spending 3 weeks out there sounds like a great, memorable trip.
What an awesome experience! "Go down swinging"!
The best find of the trip was the arrowhead…especially after the out take!!!
That’s some beautiful country and a tag of a lifetime.
Man. this gets me pumped. Archery season starts Friday
Awesome country! Most will never draw a desert sheep tag. I think it was smart to take the chance even if the odds of a harvest were low
“The hurt is validation that it happened!”That cuts deep like a Montana Knife! I was crossing my fingers the whole video hoping you would tag out on a big Ram! Great content as usual 👊🏻
Thank you so much.
Another great film! This one really gets to the core of what should matter when hunting: the experience and who you are experiencing it with.
Thank you and agreed!!
You tufted it out great film sorry you didn't kill 😢Ken labrum.

Awesome job guys!!! You guys do a great job representing the bowhunting community and who we are and what we have to go through!!! Love it!!z
I’m glad I watch the video. Job well done.
I think finding that stone point and the time with friends and family is a great win.
An absolutely incredible film and hunt. I'd watch this over and over again! Incredilbe.
Thank you! Means a ton to me!
What a cool story to have in the memory Bank.
One of these days I’ll have a sheep on the wall!!! Great hunt
Jerrod what a great film! What a great story! Congrats on an amazing hunt and film to capture it all!
Glad you enjoyed it!

Crossing my fingers for a tag for you too!

LOL! Well, I eat plenty of tags but I'm still looking for a recipe that makes them taste better ;-)
What an awesome hunt and adventure!!
“Key word is Hunt.” So true.. great hunt! Great video/music/production! What a dream location to be spot and stalking.
Thanks for watching!
I'm looking forward to the premiere
Incredible video! Such an epic hunting adventure notched tag or not. I’m still 22 years and counting waiting for my sheep tag. I can only hope for memories as good as the ones in this film. 🍻
Thank you, and good luck!
Wow, what an effort your a winner either way with that hunt !
What an awesome hunt and adventure!

That plane was the most "life" we glassed up that day if I recall! Thanks for supporting the channel!
Great video! Great quality! Great people! Thanks!
Thank you for the comment and the support for the channel!

What a film guys. Brady, you’re a creative legend. 👊
Much appreciated!
Awesome country to hunt in!
Just going on a little ram walk 🐐😂 Awesome video. I was waiting on you guys to bust out some harnesses and start repelling down.
Next time!
Thanks for sharing this!
This is the best hunting video I’ve watched in a long time. Possibly ever. What an adventure. Thanks for taking us along. I genuinely hope you get another shot.
That means a ton. Hard to eat tag soup and make a "movie" about it but feedback like this makes it worth it.
Thanks so much for sharing. Amazing story and adventure.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Love my Cedar City people!
When you hunt your guts out, you earn it. That sucks to not be successful. But to have the opportunity to go and be a part of a tag is worth the wait. I have 23pts and did not draw that unit.
Amen...the opportunity and the camaraderie was what the hunt was all about!
The more I watch Bow Hunters, the more respect I have for them. I am happy to spot animals at a few hundred yards and make a shot.
What a great Hunt and adventure.
I want a tag so bad! Great action!
Beautiful country and great camera work. Thanks for the great content!
@highmark_pictures always makes the camera work look easy but I see how much effort he puts into every film and it's clear that his job is way harder than mine!
Ahhh wealthy man hunting.
What an epic story.
That was phenomenal
Love this vid! 🙌🏽

Congratulations on the once-in-a-lifetime experience. Although you didn't get to punch your tag, the memories are irreplaceable.
Great story!

the ending was the best lol, what an awesome film!
Jerrod Here: Literally had no clue they had planted that arrowhead until we screened the film months and months later. Hard to find good friends I guess 🙂
Great film, thanks for sharing.
Many thanks!
Cool tent!

Well done guys! That is truly hunting you gave it a great effort!
Cool hunt! Looks like you need to be in shape for it.
You got that right!
Jerrod, great hunt and video. It’s not about the kill. You made memories with great friends, congrats and thanks for sharing! 🐑
Great film and experience! Hunting isn't about the killing. You have the experience that should still fill your soul. Great hunt and filming. I really loved the intro!
Love having my huntin’ fool membership because I would’ve never found these videos without there mailing list 😂
Hard to believe I drew my Rocky tag with 3 points and my desert with 10 points. Both hunts were as special to me and my helpers as this hunt was for you. Thanks for sharing.
Making memories!
Tough hunt, and doing it the toughest way possible… Bow
😎✅🏆
Awesome
Great video! Nobody can say he didn't make every effort to harvest a ram! That is still one of my dream hunts before I get to old! Thanks for sharing that with us!!
"If I wanted easy, I wouldn't have drawn an archery tag" so true. I always enjoy Brady's comments in these films. Jarod, you're a blessed man!
Holy smokes, what an adventure. When you have to start using ropes, you know you are in some rough country.
And that intro shooting the bow was sweet.
Amazing how any creatures can live and thrive in that landscape. Hard hunting, lots of miles on those boots.
Great story! Sucks that he couldn't connect with one, but that is awesome to have friends like that to spend the time with.
Great film true adventure
Thank you!
