- Last month, I was fortunate to hunt Desert Sheep in Nevada. This hunt was extra special to me because it was with my dad and two brothers. As many people know, Lady Luck can be a fickle foe and when a couple unforeseen problems cause us to reroute and update our plans, we turn up a group of sheep. Watch as I take the new Mathews LIFT bow into some inhospitable places and we roll the dice and try to change our luck.

@@littlerigbyy130 yes, almost every hunting “influencer” that ruins hunting out west as we know it, is an absolute joke and disgrace to western hunting.
@@Paqq6969they have ruined it for more than the west. Try turkey hunting public land in Arkansas. I’m sure elk hunting your area is just as bad. Luckily big deer don’t gobble and most of these people won’t walk or know how to hunt even if they will.
Awesome hunt, and to do it with your dad and brothers had to be incredible. I ask old man to hunt all the time, he doesn't make the time anymore and my brothers don't hunt. Cherish what you have! Remi, you are an incredible mountain hunter. The work you put in shows through in your films.
that is some next level skillset right there... not many people on earth can hunt that far and that accurately with a bow...

Got the biggest bull moose by getting lost and missing my turn and ended up in a random spot . Sun was about to come up so I said fuck it and hunted the spot a was at . And 15 mins later 29 points 63” . Fate or luck or both , I don’t know . Great video, great hunt . My family are my hunting buddies too

Well now, that makes two of us.... because now I'M CONFUSED. He only took one shot in this video...did you watch a different video, besides this one, with more footage that included an initial shot that injured a ram??
I don't think Remi is the type to wound one, give up pursuing it....then arrow another ram, and edit out the footage of him wounding one. But I've misjudged character before.

How did you get this tag? How many dessert sheep tags have you had? This isnt your first. So much for democratic allocation of wildlife. More like be a famous hunter to get to hunt wild life.
Know people who have waited a lifetime to draw a sheep tag and never get drawn...
This was a “dream tag” draw. $5 extra during the main draw season. They pulled his name, congrats to him. He’s also drawn sheep tags in other species and different units. Lake Mead and those Units are PRIME Units.
@dereckfandel8465 ya, I get it. It just seems odd that he's been picked in drawings with like .001% chance multiple times. Statistically speaking, that should not happen. Yet it seems to happen a lot with celebrity hunters. Coincidence?
@lukevanlanen8828 what sad is this was immature ram killed just to make a video...baby lamb tips...didn't see anyone putting a tape on it or putting hands around bases...guys are more like actors instead of hunters selling themselves out to sponsors like mathews
