I came across The Light while I was filming some of Leeds' (many) dead malls. For all intents and purposes, it's a mall. Except for the fact that it currently contains no stores. Is this a template that could be replicated?

I think "experience-based" tenants are going to be the future of successful malls, and will be filled with multiplayer VR centers, tabletop gaming stores, trampoline parks, restaurants, maker spaces, mini golf courses, small performance venues, indoor sports courts/fields, learning spaces (for things like cooking classes), and the like.

Hi Dude! You definitely have to do a video on the Castlegate shopping centre in Stock-On-Tees. Its closing in May and being demolished, a few stores left, not many though ☹️
