When I tried to create a circle only one axis change color. Can you please tell me how to fix this? I only have 5 more days before I have to submit the draft... :(

Give dimension to one circle first then select circles to be constrained then by using auto constraint tool(present in Pin symbol ) u can constraint them

when we put the bigger circle tangential to both small circle and when we erase the extra circle of bigger than after that it is tangential to only one circle and erase to another circle. ca somebody help me

Draw axis and give angle. And give same diameter constraints to all small circles

Before we are going to make a 3d profile,it is compulsory to make our sketch with fully constrain
Fully constraint is recommended to avoid automatic change later on.
The drawing will be in underconstrain if we extrude this that shows it contains opens sketch so it doesn't form as a part

Incorrect, your drawing is not fully constrained, some of the portions are in white colour which show that they can move freely in the plane

This drawing is only for sketcher practice. Normally, during 3D creation, you will not have to create such a complicated 2D drawing.
