I have an 18 MTH old mini schnauzer exactly the same colourings. Mine is friskie with a strong prey drive, pulls and has a very quick gait. She does listen most of the time but reacts to other dogs. Nice. One thing to try is active distraction. Try throwing a treat on the ground and say 'find it', then use a series of commands that she knows that require her to be active. These work for Ramone, so might be worth a try. Good luck.
