08/07/2019 House Fire Middle Island

House fire in Middle Island, Wednesday August 7, 2019. At approx. 11:15 p.m. authorities were notified of a fire in a garage, attached to a house, on West Bartlett Road, just north of Barbara Lane. The Gordon Heights Fire Dept. and SCPD 6th Pct. responded. The Yaphank, Middle Island, and Coram Fire Dept.'s responded to the scene to assist with the blaze. At least one civilian was injured and was reportedly transported to Stony Brook University Hospital with burns.
