    Everything you said is so true! We seem to be on a very similar journey. I’ve been practicing gratitude to help me fall asleep. This has been helping immensely! Meditation walks are very nourishing for the soul. I look at leaves and count how many different colors of green I see and so on. If I find myself thinking of anything negative, I automatically repeat a positive mantra to get my brain back on the positive path. Thank you so much for sharing your experience. 🙏
