Don’t do that slow clap thing, it’s really cringy. 😖
Theses are nothing really ! Bar, acouple , People get lost and go get in wrong lanes!! It's happens everyday ,, got yo help each other !!
3:40 how is that clip worthy? We aren't american, if we want to cross the road when we think is safe not when a green man says so we will
James Firsth was a very unlucky driver in 2017.
I hope Michael Craddock @ 2:27 realises he was in the wrong and the BMW was in the correct lane. Look at the road markings for both lanes and it is obvious the lane the BMW is in can turn off, or continue on the roundabout as he did.
All crybabies. Never made a mistake themselves!
I find it really strange that I rarely find myself in these situations. I’m not saying I’m a perfect driver by any means but a bit of hazard perception goes a long way.
Looking at the road markings at 2:33 it looks like the camera car was in the wrong, the lane the BMW was in looks like it continues past that exit, the camera car crossed all the lanes and exited from the right hand lane.
Matt Harding I see this quite often the cam drivers think it's there legitimate right that they can cut across 1 lane of traffic to take the second lane of the exit off the roundabout (you don't have to take the exit if your in the outer lane as long as road markings are not there to say you must take the exit)
is james firth your Albanian lover?
Loool?
Really any point in the 'red light jumper' wow they jumped the lights by o.o1 secs whilst road was clear the naughty people should be sent to naughty camp
eddie theeagle ok so you dont see it as a big deal, why not wait 0.01 of a second? lol ... i hate all forms of light jumpers personally ive nearly been hit a few times all because someone doesnt want to wait 30 or 60 seconds ... anyway have a good day! :)
DDon
yeah you could say that but it's not just a case of jumping lights. its observational and awareness skills otherwise as you say your putting people's lives in danger. For me whether it's a junction, traffic lights or a roundabout if you've got the awareness and driving ability you can pick a safe moment to go without being told when too.
an example....its early hours of a morning no one's about and a roundabout with 4 sets of traffic lights are on it. absolutely no traffic about. your telling me you still wait at each red light? I think that's silly and being robot like and not using your initiative in all honesty.
you have a nice day too
eddie theeagle: "its observational and awareness skills";
yeah, like you'd use at an intersection with no lights... :-)
eddie theeagle yeah i would, i would wait at every one of them. the reason these rules are in place is due to the fact 95% of the common population are morons, yesterday if i didnt look before i move i would have been hit twice by light jumpers. whats the big deal with waiting a minute
i get what you're saying and i agree that you shouldn't always have to wait at a red light as long as there is no risk to you or other drivers. hell, i've done it myself a few times, but calling yourself an above average driver? come on mate, i bet if you had to re-sit your test now, you'd at least get 10 faults, possibly even a fail. as long as you're cautious of other drivers, then go ahead, just dont try to make yourself sound better than other people who are only following the law and dont want to take that risk, no matter how small it might be
Is it people with no patience who buy dash cams or does having a dash cam make you impatient?
no, having a dash cam gives you proof of everyone else's shortcomings...
including the cammers
1:31 ironic that ambulance being there
00:23 Never mind blind, that overtake was over chevrons.
1:17 Whilst difficult to tell from the wide angle and false perspective from the camera, it does appear to me that the road was totally clear when the overtake commenced with adequate lines of sight, and bikers did not appear from round the bend at the brow until both overtaking vehicles were well withing their lane.
2:11 Nothing stupid there in the early part, just a little consideration and courtesy, something that the lack of is often bemoaned!
3:53 The Audi was moving long before the nissan indicated or moved over.
1.45
If anyone cuts me up on a roundabout I just go around again! Probably why in 41 years I’ve never had so much as a fender bender!
Most of the cammers are driving with the self entitled attitude. It's clearly obvious that some.of the drivers have pulled out of a junction or side road and want to get over to the left for a left turn but the dash cammer says not and then has the audacity to use their horn, for what.
The Silly Audi @3:45 wasn't silly. he was going left in the left lane. the 4x4 should be in the right lane
Shitting hell, you are the EXACT reason that people have accidents at roundabouts. You clearly dont have a clue how roundabouts works lol
It's simple if you are in the right lane you exit in the right lane lol
What are you going on about? It was a single lane exit lol
No it wasn't get your eyes checked. The car infront of the 4x4 exits in the right lane haha
Angry and pathetic people who go out looking for situations to justify buying a dashcam...
1:30 good thing there was 2 ambulances there, just incase LOL
cnjelly7876 meat wagons ftw
At 1:34 if the cyclist had been hit by the Porsche, at least there would have been an ambulance a couple feet away
Hate to nitpick but it was an audi TT not a porsche
"Hate to nitpick" then why open your mouth if you hate it?
Haha, it is an old model TT though.
Küala Music yeah the shite one
0:35 the person was indicating and going quite slow, what is the problem with that?
It says "NO ENTRY" in big letters on the road. i think that's the exit he entered...
Evil Ash ah good spot, was more concentrating on the car then the markings.

2:30 It is not a spiral roundabout from what I can tell so if they want to carry on round, they can. Remember dear that roundabouts are not for overtaking, keep a good distance from others using the roundabout to avoid incidents like this. 3:32 Unfortunately, pedestrian crossing signals are not legally binding, therefore in this case rule 170 applies.
Most of these clips are people driving normally whilst being followed by a jobsworth with a camera
Thanks for including my clips in this compilation :-)
also does dsyde have a RUclips channel? his clip of the kids on the bikes is a couple of miles from my house
Did the a6024 and snake pass twice a few days ago.
Why lie in the title there were no crashes shame on you
Where are the crashes?
Welcome to Wigan
anyone know where the clip at 1:05 is taken? looks like a good road
Bealio The road is the Woodhead Pass (A616), from the M57 through to the M1! Beautiful, but very busy, road. Stunning views passing the reservoir too.
Thanks for the comment.
UK Dash Cameras I can't make sense of where you mean. the a616 is on the other side of the pennines. snake pass (a628) and the a635 go from the manchester side across. I've driven a very similar looking road called Woodhead Road (a6024 iirc) that goes past the Holme moss radio tower but don't recognise this road
Bealio Sorry, I've been mistaken. This is Snake Pass and not Woodhead pass!! A57. My mistake! The A628 is another good road as well!
UK Dash Cameras Ok that makes more sense, I've never been that far down the peaks. thanks for the info. and it seems I was also mistaken because I thought snake pass was the A628 but you're correct it's the A57. I'll have to head down that way for an afternoon once the weather warms up.
If you haven't been down the A628 and taken the A6024 towards Holme moss above Holmfirth I highly recommend it. It's higher than most of Yorkshire and you can see for 20-30 miles
Sorry but that was a perfectly fine overtake, the road ahead is clearly free of traffic, i drive and ride bikes, even from the camera car ya can see its clear all the way up to the top corner
1:46 why do the lights flicker?
Because they are LEDs - LED lights unlike normal bulbs switch on and off so rapidly your eyes don't see it.
It's due to the frame rate of the camera why they appear to flicker - some frames capture the led whilst it is off and others when on.
2:35 Allways has to be one per video of inner lane cutting onto a car that is going around the roundabout in the outer lane (unless it road markings say other wise all lanes can be used to go around the roundabout)
