All for One is REALLY good at getting under peoples' skin. In a way, what he's saying to Endeavor is kinda right too. While Shoto wanted to be the one to confront Touya, he was ultimately Endeavor’s responsibility more than anyone else's. It’s even something Endeavor realizes. But still, it’s just All for One being insincere despite the truths of what he’s saying. Just a plan to get into Endeavor’s head so he can beat him.

The man has lived for nearly 200 years, patience is a strong suit for him.
This is just like when AFO revealed to All Might that Shigiraki was Nana’s grandson. He knows exactly how to get in people’s heads, finding their emotional weaknesses and exploiting it to his advantage. He is one of best villains in anime history.
Chapters 418-419 is a good example of AFO's mind games.

I mean understanding endeavor. He believed his son was alive after the fire and looked for him only for a monster to take him if Enji found Touya first and realized his methods of perfect hero were harming then he would had changed from there and Dabi wouldn’t existed
If I. Remember correctly the only reason endeavor didn't show up to the area that night was because he was busy with hero work meaning he was gonna go and watch dabi probably show him whatever he learned

I like the implication that Endeavor could beat Dabi if he wasn't emotionally compromised. It's amusing because every time Dabi has tried to fight Endeavor, he was physically and mentally tired and unprepared.
It's because while dabi might have better firepower he's got a lower limit then endeavor not only that endeavor got a good battle IQ
And the scary part of it all is all for one could have revealed this information about endeavor anytime he wanted but let his son dabi do it for him
All For One plans to provoke Endeavor in order to exploit his weakness to make him angry by defeating him?!

This proves what a loser Endeavor is even hawks was right there telling him not to listen All for One still got in his head. Also Endeavor being a real hot head is his weakness because All for One proved that it makes him easy to manipulate
To be fair we all be in the same boat all for one is just a master at manipulation if you got something that eating you up and if afo knows about it chances are your gonna lose your composer
