No. No more than any other balcony room on this class of ship. You can hear doors bang occasionally ( depending on the courtesy of your Neighbor ) but other than that … no. No noise from above either. Just double check your location and no bars above you. Also being so close to the ocean gives you a lot of ambient noise.
