I received a preliminary diagnosis of IBS and have different deficiencies right now as a combination of stress and not having the right foods (healthy, but not IBS friendly). It has me thinking about the other part of your message about being joyful AND successful. I'm currently in a new role and while I've been feeling successful, it's hard to ignore the lack of joy I have felt this year. I've always been intuitive, but this year it's been strengthened. I had a dream the other night that a cardinal came to my door and it transformed into a different bird and then back again. It led me to a tree in the courtyard where I found a wiggling cocoon and then a butterfly emerged from it and hung out right in front of me. I have to say what came through for me with the wren is that they are the ones who wake us up in the mornings! *update* the following day after watching this I went to my parents where a hummingbird continued to come up to us. It had made a nest on one of their wind chimes and was sitting in it above us watching us. I also received gifts for my baby that’s on the way and several had lady bugs on them. I felt both of my grandmas presence and it reminded me to be grateful and drink in the moment that day which I’ve been struggling to do. Thank you again 💖
