Who Is The Strongest Marvel Super Soldier
HTML-код
- Опубликовано: 1 июн 2024
- You know what Syndrome says, when every soldier is super, none of them are. Respectfully I would have to disagree. Several Marvel characters saw their hero or villain origin thanks to the pursuit of becoming a super soldier. They volunteered for experiments, wound up in lab accidents, and in some occasions were forced against their will to inject some kind of serum designed to enhance them to a superhuman level. Sometimes it works out great, and other times you earn the nickname Abomination. Of all the enhanced heroes and villains running around let’s take a look at just who ranks highest above the rest. Let’s find out just who is the strongest super soldier right now.
You know, the MCU may only have super soldiers born from some type of serum, but in the comics super soldiers are made in more ways than one. Pretty much whenever a government or scientific entity tries to turn a person into a living weapon, they wind up creating a super soldier. When you think of the words super soldier, who exactly comes to mind? Of course it’s the original. Howard the Duck. Oh wait no I mean Captain America, sorry I confuse those two all the time. Steve Rogers may be one of the most iconic heroes in history. Man there’s so many of these people I’m surprised Steve hasn’t already set up a support group for Super Soldiers. Which Marvel Super Soldier do you think is far and away the most powerful? Be sure to like, subscribe, and comment your answer, because pretty soon there won’t be any regular soldiers left in the MCU. Big Dum Dum Dugan fan over here.

Do you think we'll see new super soldiers in the MCU?
pretty sure John Walker would subject himself to testing and a new Nagel might be born
Yes
probably
There so much of them, so I think we will!
Probably. Where is Black Panther in this vid?
I feel like alot of people, including myself, forget just how many super soldiers there are. Like you think of ovbious characters like Steve Rogers, John Walker, Bucky, Red Guardian etc but you don't actually realise how many super soldiers there are until they are listed in front of you
There is so much in MCU, and the fact that there is so much more in the comics.
Well if i remember correctly we could say that even black widow is a super soldier, right?
I didn’t know Bucky was a super soldier until I watched Falcon and the Winter Soldier. Thought he just had the arm
You even have the extremis guys in the MCU
Don’t forget hulk/ Bruce banner
In the MCU, Green Goblin is also the product of a super soldier serum. Like specifically. Weird that he was skipped.
It's not a super soldier serum it's called the goblin formula and it's much more powerful than the typical super soldier serum
green goblin wasnt in the mcu at all until the universe got fucked. spiderman never fought goblin. until no way home
Ummm have you never seen spider man 1. He fought green goblin it technically is in the MCU but spider man is owned by Sony not Disney
I think Goblin has a better argument being on this list than wolverine. When i think super soldier i think an ordinary man transformed by experimentation specifically to make them weapon. Yes they upgraded him but Wolverine already had his powers and his bone claws before they infused his with adamantium. Gobby came straight from a bottle
@@MrSoggyjocks weapon x wasnt designed to specifically make a weapon? is that what you're saying?
Technically The HULK is a super soldier depending on what story you follow. One of his origin stories states that he was lied to by General Ross and told he was working on a serum that helps prevent radiation exposure when in fact it was a derivative of Erskine’s super soldier formula. Bruce injected himself with what he thought was a serum to protect from gamma radiation which ultimately was a new super soldier serum that was activated when he was doused with gamma radiation.
Right if you gonna include man thing u gotta include hulk
@@JamesVader47xx only if you're talking about the MCU. In the mainstream comics there's no connection between the Hulk accident and super-soldier research. That's only a thing in the Ultimate universe and MCU.
apparently it was a very close approximation of the Erskine formula, except they used Vita-Rays (Patent Pending) on Steve Rogers and Bruce Banner was subjected to Gamma-Rays, this is what is suspected to have caused the vast differences. Don't forget also the super soldier serums amplify the good and the bad, in Bruce's case it was the abuse he received as a child from his father and the murder of his mother by his father which created a split suppressed personality which contained most his rage from these traumas. Bruce never really resolved or even acknowledged his traumas, by his becoming of Prof. Hulk i wonder whether he has now the taken steps to acknowledging his past merging his two personalities.
Despite this being my own explanation for making HULK a “super soldier” one would think that a scientist of Dr. Banner’s caliber with only 7 separate PhDs would some how have figured out that maybe the serum he was put in charge of that he meticulously poured over for years might contain some properties unrelated to preventing radiation exposure and maybe shouldn’t be injected into his own body… Not saying animal testing is cool but my dude, maybe see what injecting a rat or chimp then exposing it to massive amounts of gamma radiation does 1st… Just a thought
Well technically Banner was trying to replicate Captain America but is kinda a failed attempt. Pound for pound Steve Roger's is the supreme SUPERSOLDIER
Not counting Spider-Man, it’s definitely the Winter Soldier Death Sqaud from Civil War which most people forget about. They are faster, more skilled and deadlier than Winter Soldier Bucky, he is a lot more sane even under his mind control but they are faster and are slightly stronger, they could definitely beat any of the other super soldiers like Bucky (+his Winter Soldier form), Flag Smashers, John Walker, Steve Rogers, Emil Blonsky (pre hulk blood), Red Guardian, and Isiah Bradley
nah they cant beat beat bucky like that , winter soldier knocked down two of them with a singl punch while rescuing the hydra guard , when he got beated he was not using his full potential obviously because it was a test for new winter soldiers , while the other winter soldier (yosef) used his full strength and was breathing heavily . if they were stonger and better than bucky then why did they continue to use bucky for next 20 years
Bruh, I’m surprised you didn’t mention Sabertooth. For he was also apart of the Weapon X program, along with Wolverine.
And tbh, in comparison to everyone listed here, Sabertooth is unmatched. Even Wolverine himself said that Sabertooth is a formidable foe… but due to the writing, Sabertooth has fallen to the wayside. Back in the early 90’s was the best Sabertooth, because he was so freaking savage. He’s clearly underrated, and it shows because no one here is talking about him.
90's By far the most Savage. He would have Wolverine second guessing and backing down his senses were unparalleled. Wolverine hated fighting him he knew he would go nowhere. Sabertooth stated one time he was going to enjoy killing Wolverine for weeks and months when he had him locked up. That just speaks volumes right there. How Sinister saber tooth was and they're implied healing factors is insane
I think it’s almost certainly Steve Rogers’ Captain America, especially if you factor in his ability to use Mjölnir.
Not if you factor in the fact Deadpool killed every single marvel character
@@reptiles3244 True, I suppose. I should’ve considered every Marvel character, not just characters we’ve seen in the MCU (which I do believe that Deadpool wouldn’t qualify…yet.)
i think sentry would beat thor in a fight
@@reptiles3244 but we can factor in that that comic was not only a joke, but can be done with any character
and i think everyone is using the word "factor" a bit too much
In the comics, the Sentry, clearly. In the MCU, the Hulk.
Forgot about Sentry
In the comics Logan killed the Hulk and his family and in a other comic Logan killed even all of the heros
@@peterang6912 An old and deranged Hulk, with Banner in control. How well did he do in World War Hulk?
Love it keep up the great work.
What would happen if Sharon Carter as the Power_Broker created the serum which creates the Sentry in the MCU? How do you think we will see the Sentry in the MCU?
As a non binary poc.
If Sharon Carter became Sentry, then we would have two Super(wo)men in the MCU. Her and Captain Marvel. That would s*ck.
I would love to see Omega Red finally make his debut in the MCU.
Hulk was also part of trying to replicate the Super Soldier serum.
Do you think we will see Isaiah Bradley giving a blood transfusion to his grandson Elijah_Bradley during Captain America 4 New World Order so that he could become the Patriot and join the Young Avengers?
Harry & Norman Osborn both went toe to toe with Spider-Man, they could of at least been honorable mentions
Mixing the comic book information and the MCU, kinda confusing..
Deadpool will always be my favorite funniest and 4th wall breaker character
Spiderman?
Deadpool is awesome! His videogame is so underrated
When was Deadpool a super soldier? He’s a mutant isn’t he?
@@EyesoreJr no he's not a mutant he just hangs around them
@@cbr there's a videogame?!
Black panther is a supersoldier given the powers from the heart shaped herb. As well as Green goblin is a supersoldier given the powers from his own serum.
Left field question: why wasn't Buckey the next Captain America? Why on earth would a non-supersoldier like Falcon be given the "Cap" shield? He was way more effective as Falcon than he ever could be as Cap. And as a fighter, Buckey was arguably a better straight up fighter than Steve.
Bucky is the strongest but is always underrated.
Sentry is essentially the Marvel Superman. You know hes a Super Soldier as well?
Ngl I feel like Bucky could body most of the people above him in this list
agreed I feel like bucky could body some of them but I feel like U.S agent might be a good match for Bucky...unless it's rampaging bucky otherwise he could kill U.S Agent in a couple of minutes...
except Sentry lmfao
@@ytyoungrichnhigh he probably meant from the red guardian to Isaiah...
Characters I hope join the MCU:
SENTRY
WOLVERINE
OMEGA RED
What would have happened if we saw Omega-Red making his MCU debut in the Falcon and Winter Soldier TV show on Disney Plus?
It would have scrapped another good character.
In the MCU, wasn't the Hulk created by Thunderbolt Ross' attempt to create a super soldier program? Wouldn't that make the Hulk the most powerful super soldier?
And which branch of military was Bruce in?
Sentry and hulk are on the same level so no
@@Yourubeei If they are on the same level, then tied for first. But My point is really that he should be on the list, eh
@@cable7152 What does that have to do with anything? Plenty on the list were not *in* the military, but are on the list because they got their powers due to a super soldier program (Luke Cage, Natasha, etc). Bruce was a civilian working on a super soldier program that was overseen by Thunderbolt Ross... who was in the the Army if that matters. Being turned into the Hulk was an accident, but nevertheless, it was as a direct result of his participation in a super soldier program.
@@RobertBarry1969 good point, 👍
Strength can be measured in different ways. In my opinion it has to be Steve. Single handedly he has beaten people way out of his weight class,is worthy, and can lead way more powerful friends if needs be.
Yes, I wish the title of this video would have had the word "powerful", instead of "strong".
No. Just stop.
Green Goblin/Norman Osborn and HobGoblin/Roderick Kingsley.
The Goblin formula Norman Osborn created was actually an attempt to recreate the super soldier serum. It was both successful, and unsuccessful. It was successful because it had the effects a Super Soldier serum has, enhanced strength, reaction, reflexes, adrenaline etc. Fact it gave him matching strength as Spiderman.
It was unsuccessful because it made Norman Osborn gone insane, it gave him a new mind, the mind of the Green Goblin.
Roderick Kingsley got a hold of Norman's goblin formula and spent time perfecting it into the super soldier serum it was meant to be. He kept is sanity when using the formula/serum and got enhanced strength, reaction, reflexes etc.
It does not matter. They are both great. And both of them ought to team up sometime.
Deadpool vs John Walker/US Agent..... that would be interesting 😊 I know who'd come out on top in the end but still it would be a brutal fight 😊
nagel’s formula is super attractive (so is hulk “serum”)😆
What would happen if we saw Wolverine getting his powers from the Weapon X program instead of him being called a Mutant in the MCU? Which actor do you think should play him in the MCU?
Bro how many comments do you wanna write under a single video? You can’t think they’ll reply to more than one
There’s only one person who can play him
They’re not mutually exclusive 🤦🏻♂️ he gets his powers from the weapon X program and is also a mutant
Daniel Radcliffe
Just edit your comment and make it a long comment come on man you have I think more than four comments it’s ridiculous you probably didn’t know that you could edit your comments
Ive not heard of Sentry myself but if he is the marvel equivalent of DC's Superman, he surely has to be the strongest. Funnily enough mainly due to his speed in my opinion due to the fact no one could touch him and he could hit back HARD. Not even the Hulk wouldn't have a chance.
Is Sentry also meant to be bulletproof like Superman too?
I love you guys
Gotta be my boy the Winter Soldier
Why was this so low on the list? The dude has a metal arm and literally has a version of the super soldier serum. He has super strength, speed and is physically older than captain america himself. Practically semi immortal
@@romanninja777 Bucky ages slowely, but is no more immortal than Rogers or any other super-soldier. When Bucky has lived as long as Steve (including the time travel years), he'll be in the same condition as old Steve on that park bench in Endgame. And the derivative serum he got from Zola is't quite as good as Erskine's original formula. He's maybe 95% as strong/fast as Steve, and he's slightly below the other super-soldiers shown in Civil War. The cybernetic arm is his one big advantage.
@@neospock5034 I looked it up myself. Aparently when the winter soldier wasn't needed they put him in cryo stasis.
@@romanninja777 right, that's why he looks so youthful- he was in cryo for most of those decades, and for those long periods his body didn't age much, if at all. Just like Cap's aging while he was frozen in the arctic.
It all depends upon if you are speaking ONLY of physical strength and ignoring speed, dexterity, tactics etc etc etc...
Theory: the captain america red guardian is talking about is someone from Isiah's batch.
never thought of that, it makes sense but I'm not sure the timelines matchup
@@ruckusplayz3735 it's a little closer than Steve's plus it be younger alexi before they put him for spying
@@Hezmarglive The timeline does line up though, doesn't it? Bradley would have been out of prison in the late 80's which is when the Red Guardian states he fought him. Red Guardian might still identify him as Captain America, even though Bradley himself surely would not, at that point, self identify as Captain America.
Where is Green Goblin?
Was Omega Red in Falcon & The Winter Soldier? Or was it another Mephisto theory & that being that he never actually showed up?
The Sentry, no question.
Hewo
No hulk? They were trying to recreate the super soldier serum with gamma and created hulk right? Did I miss the hulk mention? Heard abomination but not hulk.
Didn't the Hulk come from an attempt at a super soldier formula?
Gotta watch falcon and winter soldier now
More DC videos!
Ouuuh, there's just so much versions of same fucking serum. Everybody mad about raising powers. Hmm
3:05 Deadpools more a Mutate not a Mutant being an ordinary guy given powers
they(super soldiers) are equally as strong in marvel, peak human, 650lbs max!
deadpool on thumbnail was in weapon IX and he was not a mutant(or super soldier), but was given mutant powers, but lack the mutant gene, which makes him immune to tech that dampen mutant gene powers, but he is also stronger than wolverine who is 650lbs and deadpool have been proven to do feats of ~3 tons
in the cap n winter soldier TV show John Walker was a real war hero that clearly had PTSD and tried to do his best to work with the other 2 hero's who belittled him and dismissed him at every turn . while they empathised with the murderess villain. who,s whole mission was to keep the free stuff they were given from the disappeared now they'd returned
Can you do a video about what all Mutants from the comics do you think could get their powers the same way as Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch did in the MCU instead of being born with powers?
I really wanna see a dark psychological Sentry movie.
What about black panther, moon knight and morbious
Thor said he held few humans in high regard but that he'd follow Captain America into Hades
If they wanted to make super soldiers they should have used that radioactive spider that bit Peter Parker
with deadpool, i like the no power one better. he was less cocky and better with his weapons. it feels like he lost some(most) of his weapon skill for immortality
Don't forget, the Black Cat and her father the original Black Cat also got the Captain America Super Soldier Serum.
how about the green goblin?
Omega red in Deadpool 3 would just be Tooooooo goooood
Now I don't know if/when they changed this but back in the 80's/90's Luke Cage was only bullet resistant but not bullet proof. He couldn't take multiple gunshots to the same spot repeatedly in a fight otherwise they'd penetrate his skin.
He got a upgrade after that happened
Better if you ranked them from least to best
If your gonna use comic book Sentry then use 616 Walker. He well within 10 ton range
Hi
What about Spider-Man or the green goblin and so many others ?
Without even watching, Sentry hands down.
I wouldn't rank Wolverine as high on the list because he wasn't created by a super solider program. He was basically a super powerful soldier *before* the weapon X program.
Agreed, Weapon x program only fused adamantium to his skeleton. A huge upgrade nonetheless.
There is a lot of em that's for sure
1:52
Well that was a short video...
Specifically super soldiers, the right answer is Sentry Robert Reynolds… all other super soldier types are way weaker, i mean comon the guy is kind of a mcguffin…
Wasn't he just a drug addict not a soldier?
@@unclecreed2986 yes, but he drank the Golden Sentry Serum, which was a Super Soldier variant of some kind. All trace of it was destroyed after they realized what they had created.
Where’s Black Panther and Killmonger?
7:42 ah, yes. I hate it when that happens
I always think the void looks like knull
I think you don't know how much badass Winter solider is.. please go watch Captain America - Winter solider.. then make this list
I don't think he realizes that he has a version of caps super serum? He has super strength, speed and is semi immortal. The dude is at least physically 60 years older than cap, he was never frozen, he was busy being brainwashed all those years
luke cage went to latveria and kicked his way through Dr. Dooms fortress to get the $100 that Dr. Doom stiffed him. loved that issue.
If we're talking movie featured, I'm pretty sure abomination wipes the floor with all of them.
Wild how a coff medicine can make you into a god
i would consider black panther a super soldier
Where is black cat?
I feel like Blue Marvel should be on this list. He’s arguably even more powerful than Sentry
I thought he was born from an accident. Not a super soldier serum. Also it's saying Metallo is more powerful that Superman because he's made of his weakness. Sentry has much better top feats still, but he's written so inconsistently, like when he can reform from anything including disintegration from the molecule man, or he has to choose to be dead because he can regen from anything, yet somehow can get ripped in half and "die" from Knull.
@@sirellyn you are correct. For some reason I thought I read he was given a serum and when the accident happened he gained his powers. I must’ve mixed this up with another character
As far as i know, only Deadpool and The Punisher should be on this list as they were the only ones able to kill off the entire Marvel Universe, albeit outside of continuity.
Although The Punisher isn't technically a Super Soldier injected with the Super Serum, he has Super Soldier like habilities.
I’m sorry but Wolverine isn’t a super soldier like all the others, he wasn’t created in a lab, you could say he was born a super soldier who had all his abilities for hundreds of years before getting the adamantium, which just made it even harder to injure him.
dead pool did death personally that’s beyond crazy
Some of these in my opinion are not “Super Soldiers” super yes. Soldiers no. Sentry, just an addict, Luke Cage was just some guy in a prison, and man thing didn’t serve. Not like Steve, John, Bucky, Isaiah, Emil, and the other
Wouldn't the strongest super soldier technically be the Hulk. He was working on the effects of gamma radiation on humans while Thunderbolt Ross was secretly using his research for military purposes before Bruce accidentally turned himself into the Hulk from the Gamma exposure. I know he is not a soldier but thunderbolt Ross has been chasing him to use him as a lab rat to create more super soldiers.
So this is movie cannon not comic cannon?
Why use MCU origins for some, and ignore their true comic origins?
It's wolverine actually
So much stuff in the mcu could’ve not happened if Erskine never made the serum like for example she-hulk that could’ve been prevented
She Hulk occurs if Hulk exists, whether there's any connection to Erskine or not.
So what about Osborn is he not gonna be in here
