Omg this is so true! My dad hasn't listened to a single song more recent than 1986, but I told him this was my favorite band and showed him some of their songs, and he started bobbing his head along and told me he was glad I was listening to this instead of "that other stuf"

This band has been one of my few favorites since youtube blessed me with it about two years ago in my recommended, and I'm still grateful for it. With this band I've been introduced to neo folk bands like The Oh Hellos and The Accidentals! I'm always, writing, jamming, studying, and overall vibing to their music. Volta sounds A W E S O M E live, and it's definitely a new favorite.

Oh the recording for this sounds so good! And I love this song so much. Though admittedly that second part applies to most all of the Crane Wives' music.
