The wire organizer on the ceiling is a great idea to keep the wires tidy even under the ceiling. I think this could also be great way to easily point which wire is for what.
Do you mean the ceiling heating? In the video they made it in a stupid way, having lots of turning tubes. Usually the metal plates are mounted in the longest possible orientation of the ceiling than the tube is inserted possibly in a single piece, without using connections.

As someone in the industry. Ceiling heating nearly doesnt work as efficient as floor heating. Just as floor cooling nearly works as efficient ceiling cooling.
Heat rises, cool drops. Its common sense.

Ceiling heating is great, it is better than floor heating. And no, heat does not rise.
The problem with the ceiling heating on the video is that they have more turning tubes and effective one.
It is normally done with single turning wall to wall to maximize the effective area.

Ceiling heating was tried way back in the '80's and yes they did heat the room - down to a level of about 2 metres high. If you sat down you were cold.

A few dumb ones! Heating the roof! Heat rises. You will have warm attic and a cold room. Why not put re bar in the brick wall with the insulation so it is stronger in an earthquake. The #D printing blocks where laid on a support that looked like a banana of the weight!

Ceiling heating is working great, because it transfers heat by radiation instead of convection.
@@williamforsyth6667 Yeah, yeah, keeps your ears war and your feet cold. In my country were the ground is frozen most of the time, this is a really dumb idea. No matter what foundation of the house you have. Just take temperature measurements at different heights in the room and try to get it as even as possible. If it's a house with 2 floor open air space, you can use a ceiling fan to circulate the air from under the roof down. I live in a house with 3 floors and it's a big difference in room temperatures in the bottom floor vs the top floor due to heat rising. It's just physics. With warm floors the room can be held colder so you save energy.
Some pretty crap ideas mixed in with commercially successful ideas.

@@williamforsyth6667 It "works", but much worse than heating in the floor. Warm air rises (it would be good if you learn something about thermodynamics). The ceiling heating heats the air from above and the airflow is minimal. Do you mean infrared thermal radiation? Stupid idea, underfloor heating is much more efficient.
@@CzKaa Sorry, you are really clueless about it. Ceiling heating is better than floor for several reasons. Surface heating works with infrared radiation, convection is negligible. The heat transfer works exactly good on floor, wall or ceiling. Why ceiling is better than floor and wall is that there is no disturbance. No wooden floor, no carpets, no furniture, no problems with drilling the wall if hanging a picture.

Ich lebe seit 20 Jahren in Europa, mehr in der Bundesrepublik. Ich habe den Eindruck, dass sie für eine Show gezeigt werden. In der Natur ist die Konstruktion so schrecklich, dass ich als Architekt das sogenannte Gehäuse nicht in Betrieb nehmen würde. Die Optimierung ist so dumm gelaufen, dass es in den Häusern keine Dunstabzugshauben, keine Fenster, keine Heizgeräte, keine Beleuchtung gibt.... und Finol, Acryl, Uritan.... die Begleiter gehen über die Straße... Nach den Standards der sowjetischen Wohntoleranz sind bis zu 75% der Wohnungen stumpf lebensbedrohlich, Im Land Hessen ist schwarzer (krebsartiger) Schimmelpilz die Norm ...

My house was built in early 70's with ceiling heat. Other than more available floor space there are Zero positives that I've noticed.

The only right heating down from ceiling is "dark radiator" (based on gas) or "radiant heating" (electric) because they heat objects, not air.

I have ceiling heating and it works perfectly. It transfers heat by radiation, so does not matter whether it is on floor, wall or ceiling.
If you want surface heating, you can put it
- on the floor (we have wood floor and carpets, so not optimal)
- on the walls (hard to find enough surface with no furniture)
- on the ceiling (perfect, because all of it is available and is undisturbed)
If it is on the ceiling it can also be used for cooling (which we do not use).
